Jen went above and beyond to help me look for them. Unfortunately, I was not able to find them after looking through the vacuum bins. She took my information down and told me she'd give me a call back if she found them. The following day, she gave me a call back around 11AM-12 PM notifying me she had found my earring. I was super relieved, considering these were a gift from my family member and hold sentimental value to me. I picked them up later that day and was assisted by another helpful employee. As I was going through their machinery I heard grinding and concern about scraping my wheels. Following a fast cursory towel off - I was on my own. I looked around and still saw the water spots, residual spots and the windows and hood. Dirty windshield and windows and the roof of the Subaru Forester was filthy. I asked them to towel off the roof as it was still dirty. I was told that they had a "new policy" of no longer cleaning the top of SUV's nor use their overhead washer in the tunnel due to previous problems. I asked to borrow a towel and do it myself... they walked away and I went to the area the guys got their clean towels and started to do it myself. Oh man, That's when two guys came running out and said "you cannot use our towels!!!" I explained that I was completing the job I had just paid for. Explained that I had a dirty car and also discovered a new 8"-10" scratch above the windshield line and surface scuffs from the machinery. I asked if they had something to rub out the new scratch (like CG "scratch and swirl") - I was told no and told again of their new "policy". I asked for a refund and was told they had no way to refund me. They did offer to run me through for a second wash --- but, now I had less confidence of risking any more damage. They also agreed I could contact my credit card and dispute the charge. I contacted CG corporate and they were clueless about this franchisee's policy's. I'm suggesting to find a better option (and in this area there are many options with customer service - not just lip service!

He explained what would and would not be compliant and helped me get as much privacy as possible on the front driver and passenger windows while staying within the legal requirements. The finished tint looks great, and the front windows are dark enough for the privacy I wanted without going overboard. While I was there, Steve also repaired some curb rash on one of my wheels. The charge is $4 for 5 mins BUT the charge and timer will continue UNLESS you stop it. So pay attention and don't forget to stop it (hit the green button) when you are done. They offer free vacuum, just scan the QR code posted on each machine and it will ask for your number. You can pick either you want a free vacuum or an item from the vending machine. A guy ran up to my car as soon as I pulled up and was very friendly. He was so humble that I didn't realize he was the manager of the car wash. I brought up the negative reviews and he assured me that they would do a good job on my car. They actually did an EXCELLENT job on my car! I had taken everything out of the side pockets and middle console and they vacuumed and cleaned out everything. And it was, I'm embarrassed to say, a total mess! The guy who did everything worked so hard, he was sweaty (not stinky sweaty just hardworking sweaty) by the time he was finished. And this is on a cool day in January! Despite the bad reviews, I would give this place a chance. Maybe because of the bad reviews, they've stepped it up a few notches and far exceeded my expectations!
