Fan stopped working and my husband had to tell maintenance person how to change it. Outside furniture outdated and holes. The dock sidewalk is terrible cant tell where it begins, someone going to get seriously hurt. I tripped on their outdated lounges and had to leave 2 weeks early with no compensation!!! My husband could not fish without me.
