She told me I would have to wait a few hours for her to review the cameras, but all but assured me the problem was not their doing. She gave me every reason I was wrong BEFORE reviewing the situation. She later called me on the phone and denied my claim, speaking once again in a rude tone. Each time we talked she gave her own version of the story. Eventually their district manager called me and offered me a refund, but would not take responsibility for any wrong doing. I'm offended, hurt, and left with a damaged oil pan. I would absolutely not recommend this shop, or probably the Valvoline brand as a whole. Poooooor customer service. And even worse quality repair.

The first…read moretime I went this year, I was serviced by a location-coordinator who said he was stretched out of his normal commute by 40 miles to work here because of so many call offs. A couple days later that week, I was driving in a snowstorm when I heard clicking noises under the car. After pulling over to take a look I noticed the entire front access panel of the car was hanging down because it hadn't been screwed back in properly by this guy's team. I had to take my car to the dealer that day to get better clips for the panel screws and in doing so I missed work. Afterward I went through another oil change at another business with no issues. But most recently, I returned to this Valvoline location for the expediency, hoping that a different team would be in place. There indeed was a different oil change team and supervisor, and in the week or two that followed there seemed to be no issue. However, I had to drive though a few very shallow rain puddles on my way to church yesterday, and later in the afternoon I heard the same dang clicking noises under the car! This time it was the oil drain access panel hanging down, and after dismantling it at home I found that only one of the three outer screws remained (picture attached) and one of the clips was missing!! I couldn't believe it. Change in staff but no change in the lack of quality. A customer should not have to worry about parts of the car hanging off it after an oil change. I'm not a car person by any means, but I'm learning fast because of the Valvoline team's incompetence. These guys have engendered an exceeding level of distrust from me. I am never going back to this place again!!
