I know that my bff's cross state move from New Mexico to Texas has been a particularly stressful one for her and I also know first hand that Lynn has been instrumental in helping to ease this major transition. Lynn is extremely knowledgeable about the area and the contacts needed for a move, even down to the company of movers that are trustworthy to use in McAllen. She made knowledgeable recommendations on where to go for daily living needs, including banking, shopping, and restaurants. Safety is a primary concern, and Lynn made that her number one priority in the price range in which my friend is looking. Initially, my friend was unsure whether moving to a house or building a new house was right for her, but Lynn was flexible and set up appointments for houses to visit and examine as well as builders in the area. Lynn was working with my friend even BEFORE my friend was certain she would be moving into the area. Lynn was hands-on. There are no assistants or a secretary you have to bypass in order to get to her. She is also extremely punctual and patient. Today has really pushed me over the edge. To start off my morning - My company vehicle was towed overnight due to I forgot to put a guest parking permit which is a new rule ... ridiculous. I could understand if we the complex is over capacity and there are no parking spaces. But believe me that is not a problem. So now $300 down the drain ... that is almost half of our rent . Another inconvenience the towing company is in Weslaco. So You the paying Tenant are only issued two guest parking permits! Again ridiculous so let's say you are having a get together/dinner guess that means only two of your guest are saved from not being towed. I guess they expect them everyone to carpool. Gym equipment has been the same since I moved in back in 2004 so outdated. We have asked for new equipment nothing has been done. Office hours are only from 9:00am- 3:00pm which if you have the normal work hours 8-5pm you will never get into the office. So over this place countdown starts now. A loyal tenant very disappointed/dissatisfied.
