I came across Hitman Auto Detailing on yelp and was drawn to the reviews and types of cars they washed. I am picky about my cars, I dont take them through drive through washes and they have cermaic coating on them. I wanted to work with someone that understood that and properly care for the car and not scratch it, etc. I reached out through Yelp and received a quick response regarding pricing and availabilty. I was able to get an appointment within a few days for both of my Range Rovers and I felt the pricing was competitive. The morning of my wash, Desmond arrived promptly and I immediately felt at ease with him. I went over my concerns and expectations and we agreed on the level of wash/detail service. I selected the Mercenary Wash which matched the type of options I normally do for my washes. I was impressed with the level of detail and quality of the service, Desmond did an outstanding job. We will definitely use Hitman Auto Detailing again, I already scheduled my next appointment!

My car started with someone "vacuuming the interior" before it went through the washer. Once wash was completed, the final step was the staff upfront drying, armor all, and cleaning the tires. Everything was DONE according to them a little before 4p. I thought it was odd that my car was ready so quickly being the list of things they were suppose to do should take a little time. Well when I got to my car the outside was great. The inside was a whole other story. It was barely vacummed, carpet was no cleaner than when I initially gave it to them. I had a feeling because the guy who was supposed to vacuum had a very LAZY demeanor about him, so it was half ass because he was half ass. Zero armor all in interior and very little on tires. The car scent I selected did not get sprayed and if it was it was watered down because when I finally got a "manager" she said "oh they spray that at the end". I told her they gave me my keys and said they were all done. She looked puzzled, I'm thinking you hired these folks why are you looking at me? The part that pissed me off was I called their number while I was still in the shop and my call was forwarded to voicemail. I asked a staff if the manager was here? She knocked on a door and a "manager" came out. Not really sure what her title was but I had my doubts. None the less a really nice guy took my car back around the vacuum area and vacuumed the car with the help of the "manager". So to make a customer happy and maybe return they should have offered at least one complementary cleaning or a partial refund. Its all good because my social media is strong and by the time I pass this review around they may have a few less customers. There is power in our voices just ask Target and Walmart.

I asked to speak with a manager and was told the person I spoke with was responsible for the work. He stated they don't remove items from vehicles, which I understand--but that doesn't explain why the truck wasn't cleaned at all. I then requested a refund or for them to fix the job, and neither was handled properly. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.
