But, the phone operators are rude and have the nerve to tell you that they have been working for the company for 5 years or so and still cannot get information on the vehicles corrected. You could have all the car wash all over the place and if your computer system its not sinking with debit cards, licenses plates and all; you all need to get with program. Aside from waiting on the 800 for more than an hour its very POOOR customer service. If I cannot resolve this issued today I am cancelling the membership.

I got the worst of the mud off and made the car looking decent with one swipe of my credit card. Step 2 was to go to the automatic wash and have it get the rest of the residue off and run it through the dryer. I opted for the $10 wash. The owner was hanging out and watched my car go through the cycle. When I was finished he said the wax did not properly dispense on that side and invited me to go to the other bay and he would run me through again on his dime where the wax would work. I really appreciated his wanting my car to be right. I don't know what it is with somebody who gave them a really bad rating but I found the place to be clean, everything in working order and well serviced by staff. One-time glass cleaning cloth available for $1, one-time use drying cloth for a $1 and also dash dressing and car air fresheners available for purchase as well. I have a brand new 2025 Toyota Tundra which had only 5 miles on speedometer when purchase. There were no scratches any where on my truck until I started going through this particular carwash. James called me January 15, 2026 as it pertained to my claim. He said that he will review me driving through the Carwash. The very next day James called to let me know that my claim was denied. Basically saying Tommy's Car wash is not responsible for the scratches.That was his decision and my follow up decision was for James to cancel my membership while on the phone. I will go back to old fashion "hand wash" facilities. Thankfully they are still available. After reading other yelp reviews, it seems as though I am not the on unsatisfied (ex) member. Tommy's Car wash will not take responsibility for their equipment ruining vehicles.

The spot that I moved to was no better because the lady next to me was using my vacuum and the guy on the other side of me was using the other one.
