He explained that the replacement springs were larger, more durable, better quality than the original springs, and should last far longer than the garage door and the opener. I called Joe at PBC Locksmith, and he said he could be there in a half hour! He showed up just on time, was super friendly and really knowledgeable! The deadbolt was completely broken so he took that out and replaced it, and was able to just rekey the bottom lock. They advertise "Emergency 24/7 Service Available" but when I called, they told me there would be a $119 to come out on a Sunday afternoon.
