The first one was replacing an unknown broken clean-out pipe. Then locating and emptying a full tank that the previous owner had poured grease into. His cost to complete these tasks was extremely reasonable! The next job included finding a septic tank without a clean-out. What a puzzle this was to solve! Not only did his crew work tirelessly to locate it, they did not give up until it was found! This included crawling under the house to locate the plumbing.
