Dale was one of the nicest, most efficient tow truck driver's I've ever met!! Being a young female in my 20's with little knowledge about cars...I've become seasoned in the realm of tow services lol. Unfortunately, most of my experiences have been extremely off-putting... This was not one of them :) My power steering gave out in the middle of the freeway driving up to Yucaipa to visit my parents - I panicked/had a heart attack as I was driving alone, but managed to drive the car off to the shoulder. I highly recommend Big Red's if you need a tow. I broke down on the freeway this morning and I don't have triple A so I thought this was going to be a headache. But from start to finish big reds was awesome. They were polite and professional and the best priced tow I've ever used. I think my drivers name was Dave, he was there within like 15 minutes! I got stuck on the freeway, getting to Los Angeles from Moreno Valley. I was driving my friends back to Los Angeles, blew a tire. There was traffic, that's what you get for during rush hour. Got a tow, and the driver was very polite, the kindest part was, that my friends are actually blind, and he helped get them in the car, we were squished but it worked.
