This is easily the best pizza joint in all of Ashe county and you would have to travel a ways to find better Pizza. Add that to the heartwarming story of how they struggled since Helene and finally reopened and this is just a place that if you're anywhere near this area you must come and get a pizza. Now I will say they're still not at full operation and you should be prepared to wait but as luck would have it there are some amazing shops that we love in the area there's an amazing supermarket and you can go next door and enjoy some coffee or tea or you can head to Molly chompers and get some hard cider but it'll be worth the wait for your pizzas. We had the chicken dinner pizza and the barbecue chicken pizza and the flavor of both was just extraordinary the only thing I wish is that the crust were a little crispier but taste is way more important to me. If you're ever in the West Jefferson area or even the Boone area it will be well worth your time to travel to this awesome little city and spend some local dollars and help out the economy this is one of those mountain communities that just doesn't know how to say give up.
