I called Big Rob to schedule the removal of a sleeper sofa from our apartment in a brownstone. The guys who came (on time) were very courteous and very efficient. They were very careful during the removal which was not the easiest because of the size and weight of the sofa and the hallway and stairs they had to navigate.
