Each time I've used them the employees have always been very polite and professional. The only downside I'd say is that they are pricey. I don't know in comparison to other companies since Ive only used them, but pricey IMO nevertheless. However, it is definitely no hassle removal in a pinch. read more

I have. Mixed review. I contacted the about 2 separate jobs. The 1st was to remove 2 large wool rugs 9x11 and 8x10 with possibility of them hbng to move furniture to pull the rugs out. Quote was flat $99. I was happy about that. They were very responsive too and my appt was set. I go to run out for a quick errand an hour before the appt. And I see their truck driving.,.a get a call that they are early! Good thing I did not leave 1 minute before of I would have missed them bc they were so early. But I was happy they removed the rugs. I moved the furniture too and had the rugs rolled up. they did not. Now comes the 2nd job. I was cleaning my "junk closet " and had several bagged misc items. Light things...hangers, bags in bags , blanket and a 35lb gazelle that was folder flat. My quote.....$155!!! I showed them the puck and let them know it's only 1 flight too. They knocked it down to $150. Maybe the $99 rate is for first time customers. But I ended up bringing this down myself in 3 trips, 10 minutes. I've used Junk Kings for my parents and the charge by space on their truck. For $150....I've had a ton more hauled away. We needed to remove and dispose of 8x8x3 ft plywood storage bins that had become an issue for the buyers 24 hours before we were set to close on the sale of our place. In & Out responded immediately and communication was excellent throughout the process. They were there promptly at 7 am. We realized that the work might wake the neighbor's two babies and dog! In & Out could not have been more accommodating in every way. They did their best - and succeeded - in keeping the noise to a minimum in dismantling the structure and carrying it piece by piece - some were very large and heavy - carefully and quietly up the basement stairs to the building door without damaging the walls or doorways.
