They were aware of it as they removed the piece from the porch. When the business owner got in touch with my husband and asked him to leave them a good review, my husband mentioned this chip. I thought my husband had paid so did nothing right away. He said no one had asked him for a credit card. That evening they tried to call me five times in less than 10 minutes. I was busy and didn't answer the phone. Next thing you know, I got a message, threatening to bring my stuff back and put it in my condo hallway.
