We got ripped off here. We bought a tank of nitrous oxide, and after only 4-5 uses, it was already empty. When we returned the next day to complain (to the same worker) that he sold us a nearly-empty tank, he refused to make it right or give a refund or exchange. The selection on vape juices are not great and their prices on all thier products are very high compared to other places. However, I have shopped here for over a year and have try to support smaller business. A big plus, it's right next door to my favorite falafel place. Well, today I tried to exchange a purchase from last night of vape juice. I specifically told the young man who was working last night that I can't use menthol products and he sold me one by accident. It was a simple exchange same product, just not menthol. Even though he rememberd me from last night he refused to make the simple exchange. I asked him if he really wanted to loose a loyal customer over $15? He told me to *** off and could care less if I came back. I would be very careful when making large purchases here such as vape rigs, smoking devices or anything else. I'm quoting here, "the guys found out that customers treat Them with respect the more rude they are to the customers." WOW, that doesn't work on me.. 3) 3/10 in stock inventory they don't have basic needs for flower and wax.. This is the closest Smoke shop to me so even though I've visited around 200 smoke Snipes in the past 600 Days. Cause that experience was worthy of a negative star review. Ok when a company from the top down show they care about the customer. You must make it known. When we write reviews here it's important to give them a second chance. Ashot is the Manager at Elite Smoke Shop and he took time out of his day to message me here on yelp and to let me know he was going to educate his team and it was his goal to take the best care possible of every customer and he clearly did. So of course I went back to see for myself. Behind the counter was Aren, he was friendly, above an anyond helpful, he really went out of his way to try and help me find the specific coil my vape needed. That's cool because Aren said he would look into ordering them for me if I was willing to come back. Of course I'm going back. With business as we know it with covid etc. I'm choosing who I buy from very carefully. It's a relationship and I like being in for the long haul. Long story short, the one he recommended to me tasted horribly and they wouldn't even consider giving me a replacement with the one I usually get considering that I've been a loyal customer for a year or so...Basically told me in a nice way to F off. They don't value their customers so don't value them. If he just said, "I don't know", i would've never purchased it. If he said "it tasted similar", I would've never have purchased it. I purchase a G-Priv Vape Mod from this smoke shop on Cahuenga Blvd. They charged me $168. I just pulled it up online and found 22 different places to purchase this mod both online and other walk in vape shops. The price ranged at the lowest was $58 on line up to $109 at MC Vape an Carlie's Vape lounge on Ventura. I figure $if someone can sell it for $58, then wholesale must be $50 bucks or so. I bought a vape pen from here two weeks ago and it literally fell apart in my hands a few days ago. I went in there, just now looking to just exchange the faulty product. The same guy who sold me the pen was there again, and remembered selling it to me. He refused to replace my faulty pen. He just kept saying "no returns, no exchanges." (I wasn't asking for either, just a replacement for the bad product.) horrible business practice. They buy extremely cheap products that will break on you within a week, essentially just robbing you.
