Prices are a little less than PetSmart and I feel Stacy was much more attentive since it is a smaller store. They are closed on Mondays. We will be going back.

I arrive and some other girl comes out and asks me which puppy I'm looking for. She didn't see the puppy's name or photo in their store and she is immediately showing how afraid of confrontation she is. She then proceeds to get the store manager. I was thrown off by that because I don't see why the other girl didn't want to help me, but as soon as I saw the look on her face - I knew. The manager (I forgot her name) approached me with attitude immediately and I showed her the photo WHICH THEY STILL HAVE ON THEIR SITE of the puppy I am here to see. She said, oh they sold her already but we can show you a different dog. COME TO FIND OUT- THEY SOLD HER TWO WEEKS AGO! THE PEOPLE WHO BOUGHT HER POSTED A REVIEW AND HER PHOTO ON GOOGLE! And this manager said yeah I know but she probably didn't know the dog sold already when you were talking to her and she works at a different store. So I said, okay? I was so ready to pay $4500 CASH for this puppy but they lost my sale due to the lack of communication, the lack of empathy, and lack of customer service. Avoid this place at all costs.
