Almost. I had brisket nachos - crispy chips, just enough jalapeños, and the BRISKET! Chopped and sauced to perfection! So good! My wife judges all BBQ by their pulled pork. Ian did not disappoint! And let me tell you something - I have never had a food truck owner come out to my open air seat and ask how I liked the food or if he could get me anything else! Also love that it's a food truck part of Buffalo Hirsch, so the vibes are great to sit outside and eat something fresh and yummy too. We will definitely be back.
