So I went to an event at Rollerworks yesterday, and my man found the Mueller Wagyu truck around the corner so obvi we had to try it!! The entire experience could not have been more perfect. First of all, the customer service?? INCREDIBLE!! Ari greeted me at the window and she was the absolute sweetest. Seriously so kind, so helpful, and so welcoming!! Her name was the only one I was able to get, but every other staff member I came into contact with was super sweet and joyful as well!! Obvi we got the smash burger boxes and this was hands down, no question, THE BEST BURGER I've ever had in Frisco. I was completely blown away. The edges of the patties were crispy, while the whole burger was SO juicy and SO well seasoned. The buns were perfect. THE QUALITY OF THE MEAT?!?!? SENSATIONAL. Come to find out, they have their own ranch where all of their Wagyu beef comes from!! ALSO - they fry their fries in beef tallow - which probably explains why I was so blown away by them as well!! Of course their ranch was made in house as well and it was ON POINT. Like. Wingstop tier. As if the burger, fries, and ranch weren't enough - they also casually served up the best dulce de leche churro I've ever had in my entire life. I genuinely had no words after finishing this meal. Came for the Wagyu burger stayed for the Champions League game. Best thing on the plate were the fries. The burger was good, nothing special. Jalapeños should have been cooked longer, better quality buns would help as well. I did enjoy the double cheese on the burger. The hot dog was no better than Costco's. Costco actually has better buns. Again, nothing special. Wouldn't waste my time again. Although, bc there was no where to park, we parked past the Farmers Market and will be stopping there on our way back. Overall this is a pretty solid burger, easily the best smash burger ever. Waiting in the Texas heat and spending more than 10 seconds to find parking for this food truck was worth the bite. Staff are eneregtic and friendly too! I got the wagyu smashburger with famous fry basket. The tajima wagyu beef was absolutely delicious (very different than the wagyu beef I had in Japan). I really enjoyed how vinegary the pickles were in contrast without taking away from the flavor of the patty. I also especially enjoyed the shape of the fries I haven't seen before and the fact it was deep fried in beef tallow was perfect. You could taste the beef tallow more in the tinier fries, which were my favorite. I've seen French fries in duck fat but not beef tallow before! Points for something different. Customer service was a 10/10--everyone was friendly, helpful, and took the time to go into detail about each food item and the condiments they offer. The location is also a great touch. Being next to Rollertown gives you the option to grab a drink and watch TV or a movie on the big screen while you wait or eat. The only downsides were the wait time, which is typically around an hour, and the patty itself. It was a bit dry and slightly overcooked; if it were cooked a little less, it would have much more flavor and juiciness. That said, the sauce, buns, and grilled onions helped make up for it, and it was still an overall good burger. Fixing the patty would easily take it to the next level. They could also put a bit more fries on the plate it seemed like it was just a small handful of fries. The fries, on the other hand, were absolutely perfect--10/10. The crispiness was unbeatable, and they paired incredibly well with the house-made ranch. I'm not usually a ranch person, but I finished the entire cup. It was that good. read more

The food truck was simple yet appealing in its own way. It's tucked in corner, but has easy accessibility. The customer service was good. Everyone working in the truck was very welcoming. You can have a seat in various sitting areas around the property. I decided to sit inside as it was too hot to sit outside on the day I was there. Now for the star of the show. The burger is without words the absolute best. It was moist, tender, and juicy. The rich flavor of the Wagyu melts in your mouth. It is simply uhhhhhmazin. The fries were hot, crispy and well seasoned.. I just wish there had been more than the 4 that cane with the meal because they are delicious. The price for the Wagyu I thought was very reasonable. Went to trivia night at Rollertown. This was the only option for food this evening. Reviews and food looked promising. We ordered the bacon cheeseburger and tacos. The cashier was very nice and gave us a pager. After that everything went down hill. After a 20 min wait another employee asked what number I was. After telling her "She said we are cooking your food now". After another 25 mins we walked back up to check to on food. She said we just finished it. All I said was it would have been nice to know it was going to be a LONG wait" From there she just loudly started saying" You have a pager" " You can see we are busy" " Fine I'll give you your money back" She never let me say anything else before 3 more " I'll give you your money back" I told her I never asked for my money back, At this point there is a handful people around looking at me like I was "that person" My suggestion to them after waiting outside their truck for 45 mins is. Is if the cashier sees more then 3 or 4 tickets hanging above them to let the person ordering know that it's going to be a wait. There were 4 other ladies waiting for food during this time ( with just as long of wait and no communication) After talking to one of them she had the same thoughts and frustration. I appreciated the response after 20 mins but at that point give me an honest answer not a " I'm cooking it" We have been to many breweries with food trucks. A lot have QR codes link to the trucks ordering system. That way I can wait at the table, order and then get a text when food is ready. Overall the food was ok. Tacos had some taste but very greasy. The food was excellent. Unfortunately ,the service was subpar. We ordered and they put an order of wings on the ticket that we never requested. I went to get it taken off not even 5 minutes later and she asked me 3-4 times if I ordered from her. I told her yes multiple times. Finally, she refunded me and said we mentioned the wings, which, no he did not. The second hiccup was the wait. Almost an hour went by and nothing happened. We had buzzer 25. I went to check what was going on. When she saw me, she said "We have been buzzing you for a while.." I told her the buzzer never went off.
