It wasn't safe to be driving. My car has not been driven since March and has been in the shop since April. Do you think Finnicum has tried to do anything at all....4 weeks, 5 weeks, 8 weeks........After 10 weeks in the shop I texted and told Tony I was going to get an attorney before there was even any traction. Then all of a sudden finnicum was willing to buy it back, but at what they were offering it was a no deal. I am still waiting on my car today. It should have been ready on the 27th of June, then it was the 3rd now it's the 5th of July. 11 weeks in the shop, I still do not have my car, I have been having to rent a car for months, it's been an emotional, mental and financial nightmare. As long as I live and as loud as I can I am going to tell everyone how finnicum has treated me and handled this situation. It should have been resolved weeks ago but they thought it would be cheaper to fix than replace...... think that's gonna cost them some business too. A cheap old used car lot, that what finnicum is and a handshake means you got screwed. Trust me, the cars look shiny and pretty but if you get a bad car or a lemon like in my case, it's a freaking nightmare.

I have been to this car lot a few times. Customer service is lacking, and there are barely more…read morethan a few employees at a time on site. I purchased a used vehicle from AMG motors in 06/2024. The vehicle drove fine during a test drive. Later that day after purchasing, the vehicle shut down and would not restart. The next day, the car stalled again. I called the dealership and was told to take the car to their sister lot/shop in Eastman, GA. The issue for me was that the vehicle would need to be towed near or a little over an hour away costing anywhere from $200-$380 dollars! I asked if AMG motors paid for the tow and was told they do not. It is frustrating that before purchase, I was given a carfax of the history of the car, but did not have it disclosed of any current repair issues. There does not appear to be a lemon law in Georgia. The car buying experience was not the best either. There is a surcharge if you use a debit card and you have to have them added to your car insurance before leaving the lot. This expense came out of no where as I have not had to do that before when purchasing a vehicle. There is a limited warranty on the car, but I think at the very least, the dealership should be responsible for towing to the repair shop. I would think twice before purchasing a vehicle from AMG motors of Cordele.

In Cordele, there are several better places to go. I will not be back and hope that this reviews helps someone else avoid this train wreck of a business. Even after the business response, my review remains the same. Horrible staff and ownership attempting to manipulate my review and the truth. AAA Club called Mixon to take us to Southland Chrysler/Jeep 3.5 mi. away. While waiting on Mixon I learned that Southland had not a single mechanic in its service department. When Mixon driver arrived I explained this to him. He claimed AAA would only pay him if he took the Jeep to Southland, where it could not be repaired. I told him I believed they would pay him to take it to the Chrysler dealer in Tifton, 42 mi. away, because that was the closest dealer that definitely could fix the Jeep and it had been recommended by Southland. He did not believe that. So I told the Mixon driver that I personally guaranteed payment if AAA did not pay him. He did not believe that either. Instead, he quickly removed our Jeep from his truck as fast as he could and sped away, leaving us stranded 300 mi. from home.
