I went it with a problem and came out with an even worse problem. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. They told me there was nothing they could do as I was the one who requested the part. I asked if they detected anything else wrong with the car they said no that it was in fact the cv axle. I believe they did a hack job, and it had never even been fixed. After spending nearly an entire day pulled over on the side of the road and trying to figure out what to do, we eventually had our vehicle towed to Ramco and stayed overnight at a hotel. We truly couldn't have ended up at a better place. From the very beginning, Ramco was professional, honest, knowledgeable, and incredibly fair. They took the time to explain everything to us, were completely transparent about our options, and never made us feel pressured or like they were taking advantage of a stressful situation. Because we were traveling and dealing with an unexpected vehicle problem, I wanted to make sure we were getting the right information. I reached out to my brother-in-law, who works for San Diego Police Department (SDPD) and is responsible for the mechanical work on their vehicles.
