After the repair process, I returned the following week for an oil change and I do need to give feedback regarding the oil change price. For over 30 years, I have had my synthetic oil changes done at Jiffy Lube and the price was $80 for many years. I checked today and the price is still $80. I paid $167 for the oil change done at AZ Auto Clinic and felt that was far too high. Other than the oil change price, I am pleased with everything at AZ Auto Clinic and will continue to take my Nissans there for repairs.

After spending nearly an entire day pulled over on the side of the road and trying to figure out what to do, we eventually had our vehicle towed to Ramco and stayed overnight at a hotel. We truly couldn't have ended up at a better place. From the very beginning, Ramco was professional, honest, knowledgeable, and incredibly fair. They took the time to explain everything to us, were completely transparent about our options, and never made us feel pressured or like they were taking advantage of a stressful situation. Because we were traveling and dealing with an unexpected vehicle problem, I wanted to make sure we were getting the right information. I reached out to my brother-in-law, who works for San Diego Police Department (SDPD) and is responsible for the mechanical work on their vehicles. I explained everything Ramco had told us, and he gave me the exact same explanation and diagnosis. That gave me a tremendous amount of confidence and reassured me that Ramco was being completely honest with us and that we were not being taken advantage of.
