When we went to leave, the hostess was standing at the hostess stand and just turned away when she saw me pushing my mom in her chair. There were four people standing the checkout counter and no one offered to help with the door until I was already backing out of the door and my mom was holding the door to keep from hitting the front of the wheelchair and her feet. I don't know if it is just ust a lack of common courtesy or a dislike of handicap person but if it had been for all of this I would come back again. I have eaten her twice and the is good but service is appalling. This visit would have been zero stars but you can't put that.

Going South, East, or West is impossible... To turn and go East, you have 40 or 50 cars bumper to bumper waiting to make a left at the 287 freeway. Because of lane closure, going West forms one lane, to the left, still blocked by the same 40 or 50 cars bumper to bumper. To make my point better, the 40 or 50 cars waiting in line to go West, then South on 287, affects all three directions. East, West, and South. I was optimistic to make a right, then get on the access road going North. My plan was to exit soon, then make a U-turn. However, I was almost in Wichita Falls before I found a way to do this, and even then, I had to merge in traffic going 80 mph, from a stop sign crossing the medium... No acceleration lane at all... A dead stop, then an immediate left turn onto the freeway.
