Finally got through…read moretoday and wanted to make an appointment for tomorrow and to talk to Jamie about her response to my review. Upon answering the phone, Jamie was extremely defensive and said she would not be giving me a credit or a refund without bringing the piece in first and continued on about how this was an oversight and didn't warrant a review. Bottom line: I called to try and set up another appointment and instead she decided to ramble on to me about how inappropriate of a review this was. I tried in between her continual angry rant explain that I was not able to contact her first about it. When I picked up my piece I tried calling. After her response to my review I tried calling. Jamie became progressively became rude and argumentative despite me just wanting to support a local business. Again, I tried calling multiple times even after I left the place with my project. I waited on hold multiple times, left a message, and attempted to communicate this to her, but she only continued to argue, despite my minimal engagement and direct statement of intent to inquire about the post she left and come back. Terrible customer service. Honestly left the phone call shaken by how a customer could be treated for wanting to come back and inquiring about the response to a review. Disappointed because we had fun the first time and wanted to try it again. Update to Jamie's response of slandering a customer: Never did I ask for a free session! I called asking to set up an appointment for tomorrow and asked since I was going in what my options were for the project that the original post was about! Maybe if she wasn't so busy accusing me of being "inhumane" for an honest review she could have understood what I communicated to the first individual who answered the phone!! So after being yelled at by her and my character attacked for writing a review I told her I was no longer interested in bringing my piece in as it was a gift anyway for someone. Jamie came on the phone ready to just argue and accuse me of being a bad person for writing a review. It's hurtful to be accused and responded to this way for vocalizing my experience. Over the phone Jamie was extremely disrespectful and disruptive. It's unbelievable to be accused of a false review for stating my experience and being extremely disrespected. Sorry Jamie, you will not intimidate me or bully with your business practices or argumentative behavior.

More often than not my orders begin with me walking into Mike's office and saying "I know this is really short notice, but can we do it?" Most recently I was tasked with outfitting approximately 25 employees with customized uniforms, including embroidery, heat press and patches. The deadline I had to work with was very short notice. I explained the situation to Mike and he got me a quote within 24hrs. When he identified issues, such as hard to find sizes or back ordered items, he worked closely with me to identify and implement solutions. When my deadline was shortened due to contractual obligations, Mike began heat pressing shirts himself to help me make my new, even shorter deadline. Through the entire process on multiple occasions, and multiple orders, Mike has helped me accomplish tasks that seemed impossible at first. We had some issues with a delivery that was scheduled this past weekend for a painting we had…read morepurchased. Everything was set up and it was to be delivered that evening. I even got an email confirmation. No one showed up. When I tried to contact the delivery company to find out if they were late or anything I was left on hold for over 30 min with no one answering. I sent an email as well. No answer until Monday morning for which I received a response that the email I was given to contact was in fact, incorrect. My husband went to the store to get a refund as no one could tell us where our item was or when it would be delivered and then because he paid Apple Pay, they said the cards didn't match. It was his card. He had to make two round trips to get a refund when he should have been asked to just insert his card he paid with to get a refund. Not only that, nothing was done to rectify the situation. No one ever responded to find out why we didn't receive our delivery until Monday morning someone finally called me after we spent the afternoon Sunday trying to cancel and get a refund. The whole situation was a disaster. It's a shame as we have loved shopping at HomeGoods but after this disaster and a huge waste of our time (between wasting our time waiting for a delivery that never came and no one to get in contact with, to the mistake made at cashwrap where we had to return twice when we should have only had to go in once), I don't think I'll go back. Don't get delivery from this place. Nothing was done to even care about our experience either. Such a waste of my time from start to finish.
