The quality of the flowers are good, but I just don't think 2 colors would equate "vibrant colors". I called the store to complain and they were not willing to re-do the bouquet (maybe because it is Xmas Eve and busy). I don't order flowers often and assumed a bouquet would contain more than 2 types of flowers (because in the past other florists would give me multiple types of flowers). If you do order flowers from this place, I suggest being very specific in what you are looking for because I don't think they automatically make a beautiful bouquet. Maybe this florist does a better job with repeat clientele. If they don't know you, maybe find another place.

Placed my order for roses today with a Southbury delivery address. The good news was I would get a full refund but that could take up to 3weeks!! Sent 2 follow up emails which never got answered and also attempted to call the customer service number posted but naturally no one was manning the phones. The kicker of it all was in their "emergency " delivery instructions it states that delivery's are only made to Southbury addresses to which my order was located in. Needless to say, this was not a good experience and you lost a valued customer. Too many other florists out there that know how to treat their clients. Two thumbs down.

This place used to be fantastic. They used to offer a great selection of high-quality flowers. Over…read morethe past year, the quality has fallen off dramatically, while the prices have steeply risen. A year ago, they had very pretty $25 to $35 bouquets displayed on a shelf outside, and if you bought one, they would inspect the flowers before wrapping it up and swap out any that looked tired. Their premade bouquets now are priced at between $35 and $45, and are noticeably less artful than the ones from a year ago. This week I went in and asked them to make a $60 bouquet for my partner's birthday (for me to take with me, not for delivery). The bouquet came out modest-looking, considering the price point, and one day later, two of the three Gerbera daisies, and one of the three roses they had included were completely withered, demonstrating that these were old and not fresh flowers. Very overpriced for the quality. Disappointed to no longer have a reliable flower shop in the neighborhood. I will post a picture of the $60 bouquet about 18 hours after purchase. Judge for yourself.
