Found myself stranded on the side of the road in need of a tow after an accident. Within 20 minutes, Big Tow showed up and had my car up on a flatbed. I had no idea where to take my car because I was 40 miles from home. The driver mentioned that their shop was a few short miles away and we could figure it out there while I made arrangements for pick up, insurance, etc. I Was a bit in shock and wasn't thinking clearly so I Just trusted them agreed. They were fantastic! Monica and company are complete professionals and aside from putting me at ease, handled the the details for getting my car fixed. I was stuck on the Palisades in New Jersey in the heat and humidity (AC went off too) with an 89 year old and a 95 year old woman in a broken down rental car. The original problem ballooned but the tow truck driver was amazing--flexible, problem-solving, and could not have been more attentive. He had to go to another ER job, but not before he called the owner, whose day off it was, to come to the scene, which she did promptly. Wow! They were a Godsend! My car broke down back in April 2024 and Big Tows came to the rescue. A rainy night, a narrow parkway, we were thrilled to be towed somewhere safe. A turkey flew into my windshield on the Thruway. NY State Police called Big How's to get me out of there. They arrived within 20 mins and got me off the highway in a very timely manner. Had a rear end to go out on turnpike. They sent out two trucks fast to tow my truck and trailer. Replaced the bad rear end and got me going within a couple of hours.
