An hour later, they called and said the car would fail if I didn't replace the windshield wipers because the rubber on the front and rear wipers had supposedly detached. I knew this was bs because I had used the wipers several times during the week since I bought it (including the day before) and would have noticed a wiper blade dangling right in front of my face. I declined to have them replaced and just told them to return the car. Sure enough, when they brought my car back both windshield wipers were now torn a full quarter of the way on each. I told them what had been done to my car and refused to pay for the inspection. They claimed ignorance about the wipers and said they never did the inspection anyway. So now I have to buy new wipers before I can get my car inspected at a real shop. And to top it all off, they never changed the sticker when they supposedly changed my oil so I'm not sure if it was even done. I had to make him pull up the shop CCTV footage just to prove they had put my car on the lift at all. Very shady - stay away from this place.

Update: got the car back, these guys really don't know what they are doing. Carlos lied and said he did an alignment and all suspension was good but the control arms are still bent and car drives sideways. These guys charged my insurance $8500 for an $800 job and still didn't fix anything. Car is junk now....Oh boy there's so much more I can say but I won't. Just DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO NO LIMIT!!! They will tell you whatever you want to hear and will not deliver..... Hey Carlos, since you won't answer my texts and keep dodging me, how about a refund and I'll bring the car to someone that knows what they are doing. Car has been in the shop since April 15. Expected completion date was may 10. On May 14 Carlos says the car will be completed on may 15 and he will cover the cost of the additional rental days. On may 17 Carlos said the car was ready. Upon arriving to pick up the car, I noticed the car was not done correctly. Carlos agreed and said I couldn't leave with the car in that condition. Carlos claimed it would be ready in a week. On June 2nd I reached out for an updated date and received no response On June 6th I reached out again saying I just needed confirmation the rental was still being covered. Carlos stated it is and it will be ready in a week. On June 24 I reached out again for an update with no response. On July 3rd, today I called and Carlos said the car still isn't ready due to paint issues and will need two more days. Now it's August 13th and proceeding with legal action.

From the very first phone call (where I was basically crying about my car being hit by a truck) to the very second I drove my totally repaired car off their lot they made everything so easy and stress-free. I've never been in an accident before, so I had no idea what to expect -- but they walked me through every single step, handled all the back-and-forth with the insurance company, and kept me updated the whole time. Jay was absolutely incredible to deal with -- professional, patient, and just genuinely kind. He answered every question I had (and I had a lot!) and really went out of his way to make sure I understood the process and kept telling me not to worry. The turnaround time honestly blew...my...mind!! I thought it would take weeks, but they had my car looking brand new so much faster than I expected. The quality of the work is flawless -- you'd never even know there was damage to begin with. I am putting up a picture of the side of my car which was crunched in and my doors were mangled.
