Back in June 2024 I bought a brand new Kayo electric four wheeler for my grandson from the store. The sales guys help me pick out the right unit for my grandson. I had never bought a four wheeler ever in my life. Did not know what I was doing. The four wheeler has been awesome. My grandson has used it three or four times a week every week since loves it. For Christmas, I just bought him a new one from them this gas powered. It too has run flawlessly thus far. The guys at big toy superstore are awesome!!! This place is a joke, charged inconsistent rates on labor, and in the end left my atv in a broken, unusable state. Snapped off bolts in crankcase, then didn't fix the problem for free. Spoke directly to owner, Ken, who refused to help. Didn't even care to talk about the work done by his mechanic, Miguel. Then blocked on social media when leaving reviews. This is the type of experience you should expect going on this place. Buyer be warned, this place will take your money and send you on your way. I wish I read the reviews left by others. The only shop I've been to where you literally have to check behind every step they do. And won't fix errors made by their staff for free. Save your time and money and go to a real powersports store that doesn't sell cheap, Chinese bikes. Or has owners who care about the quality of the work they do. read more

Beware of big toy superstore in little river, Nc. I put 500 dollars down on a golf cart that I was going to purchase when it came in 3 days later. I came in to test drive it and it has serious vibration, puttering, conking, etc. this is a new golf cart on the market called a Vitacci rover 200. They did not have one in the store when I first went to preview but he said they were going like hot cakes and we should put a deposit down to reserve it so we did. They refused to give me my 500 deposit back and I plan on suing them. Buyer please beware of these people. They are deceitful Not only that, they are probably cheating the state of nc out of sales tax cause they openly said if I would pay them cash, I could get it cheaper. Nc sales tax authority should investigate these deceitful people. I will be happy to testify against them! read more

Please don't ever take your atv's here to be fixed they break your stuff more than it already was just to charge you extra money and try to say it was already like that. They broke my Honda 300 where it was spitting out oil and tried to say it was like that which it was not cause if it was then it would of been squirting oil the whole time we had it riding it. I also took my 2020 Can AM Maverick to them cause the clutch was broke and they supposed ordered a new clutch when I got it back didn't ride it more than 2 hours and the clutch broke again. Took it to someone else and they said that it looks like they put to much pressure on the clutch and broke it so they just left the old one in there and fixed it to where it would ride for a little bit. They tried to give me another clutch back saying it was the old one that looked old but that clutch is not the same clutch that was in the side by side it's from a can am but not a side by side. I have reached out to them asking for them to give me the money back for what I paid for the clutch since they obviously left the old one in or give me the new clutch. they also tried to say it broke because I was probably driving it to fast which I don't ever drive that fast cause I always have my kids with me in it. I have Proof of that and that I only drive it less than 2 hours after they have it back to me so then they started saying well maybe it's because of the big mud tires you have on there. They also worked on My husbands Polaris and said to get rid of it cause it was junk and needs a new transmission took it to someone else and they said it was just the differential. My mew mechanic says they screwed me over so bad. we paid they over $4000 to get all of our stuff straight and now having to fork out more money to fix the stuff they said they fixed and going to have to buy a new clutch which is over $1200. We have also talked to friends That took their stuff there to be fixed and they all say close to the same thing they messed there stuff up more than it was when they took it in Or didn't fix it right and it broke again. Please whatever you do don't take your stuff to them to be fixed unless you want to pay to have it fixed the right way somewhere else not to long after you get it back. They are really good at making you think they are good people and nice but when it comes time for them to make things right they ignore your messages and calls. I'm working on taking them to court cause I have all my receipts and pictures of everything. Please let all your friends and family know not to go here. They also have a young 16-year-old kid working there that they said the training and they let him work on the ATVs as well. I'm all for kids learning but to let someone that doesn't really know what they're doing to much work on an ATV his self that you're paying a lot of money to get it fixed is crazy. So I have been up and down about this store for months. Ive seen alot of harsh reviews on google. With that being said I still decided to check the store out. Miguel( great knowledgeable guy) was at the counter welcomed me and my pal, we discussed my needs for 3 of my kids. I wanted safe and reliable! He actually took the time..... with out hesitation.... to educate me on what i really did need. thats very rare in SC/NC area. I was going to buy one larger one for my son for 3000.00 and two smaller ones for my girls. He stated due to their height and weight I needed a little bigger for the girls and smaller for my son. which was a loss of income for him!!!! bikes were limited due to Christmas but we were able to find a few. I checked them out seemed ok...Im not a atv mechanic so...but i still purchased. they advised after the first tank of gas to bring back and get it serviced. BEFORE I even got out the door Miguel set up an appointment for the following weekend...Tomorrow actually. We went to the back and picked up the four wheelers and were greeted by Jesse. COOL DUDE! knows his stuff and walked me through the atv. he said if theres anything we need to let him know, bring back and he would take care of it! So anyways we got the bikes home. Kids played for about 20 30 mins. had a few minor issues. I called Miguel next day he said no problem bring them in and we will take care of you. so we will see if they stand by their word. but for now they are top notch!!! read more
