Even though they told us they would renovate our apartment, it was in a really poor condition when we moved in. We had flooding twice during the first 2 months. Our door locked broke twice and we could not leave the apartment. Maintenance is very poor as well. My piece of advice: stay away from this complex!!!

A leaky roof and a hole in the wall! Their management and maintenance groups are a joke. If it snows plan on digging yourself out as the plows (if they come) are midday so good luck if you are a 9-5er. In short, if you find an apartment not in need of repair and it doesn't snow... Then here's your place. If not, look else where.

Plus people are now being told if you complain or call the police for any reason you will be evicted. Our lease is not being renewed to reasons unknown. We have not got a complaint on us. But people who have got their leases renewed. I do not recommend renting from this landlord/management. and in the lease it states about the noise having to be stopped by 10:00pm. And you have the right to live in a peaceful environment. Apparently we did not have that right as the landlord/management does not do anything about it. Also the manager does not return your phone calls either once you are in the place.

And when the elevator was broke he said it was not in our lease to have an elevator. We and other senior residents lived on the sixth floor. He said there's the stairs to use. He finally got 14 badges to use for the hospital entrancedoor when there were 37 apartments. The hospital locked their doors at 5:00 during the week; Sat. 12:00 p.m. and Sun. the hospital was not even open. This made it impossible to get back in the building and to use the elevator to go up. The elevator to our apts. was finally fixed after a month later. Meanwhile someone did complain to the hospital about the badge situation and the person in charge did give each apt. a badge. Plus the building has been going down hill for the last year. Poor management is responsible for this. Prior to this there were really caring maintenance men. Then one got let go and the other resigned because of poor managemen. The floors are really getting dirty. The manager says he screens the new applicants but he rents to drug dealers, and evicted people from other facilities,. The rating for the facility used to be a 5 star rating and now I rated it as a 2. There also is mold growing in the ceiling of residents apts . The paint peeling showed this. And the carbon dioxide alarms are outdated in some of the apts. We might as well quit here because we could go on and on.

I have asked Management for an application , and they finally sent what I percieved to be an…read moreapplication, only to find a empty envelope that was scotched taped shut, and I called thier Manager to see if there was a mistake, and she got into a pissy mood, and then said, I spent 64 cents for that envelope, and I assured her there was no application in the envelope, and she then said, Well if you really must have an application, I guess I need to send you another one. I asked her if she had the address and in her pissy mood, she said I guess so, and hung up. Now would you want to possibly rent from someone like that? Is that how you treat a Sr lady age 65? She needs an attitude adjustment.Don't you think?
