I have had nothing but problems with the neighbor at 57 Wind Way circle 14624. Dogs pooing and peeing in my yard, people using my side of the driveway whenever they feel like it, massive amounts of cars parked all around me...you name it, I have witnessed it. The management will do nothing about anything. They know they can get away with whatever they want so they do. I love my apartment, the basement and the garage. The rest of the neighbors are great. All it takes is one bad apple. In that neighbors case, the entire tree is rotten. These people are disgusting and filthy, not picking up their dogs poop. They brought huge rats with them so now I gave to deal with that.

We were looking for an apartment in the Chili area, because of familiarity and access. Just about anything we want or need is close at hand. After looking at several apartments, we decided that the Blueberry Hill complex best suited our needs. Now this is a pretty popular complex. They offer all the usual amenities such as a pool and a newly added exercise room with all new equipment. The grounds are nicely kept, as are the apartments. We were lucky enough to be accepted for a nice two bedroom, two bath unit. Everything is on one level, making life easier without having to climb stairs. Our apartment is spacious enough for entertaining and we have a nice patio for warmer weather. Pets are welcome, with a fee. Any maintenance issues are attended to promptly. All of the staff have been pleasant and polite. The streets and parking lots are kept clear and safe in the Winter time. I've usually enjoyed apartment life and Blueberry Hill is no exception. Part of apartment living involves getting along with your neighbors. We're lucky to have a diverse group of people and children. So far, we like them all. Don't forget, if there is something you don't like, discuss it calmly and act like adults, and things can be worked out. I highly recommend the Blueberry Hill complex. Rents are reasonable and storage units are available, at extra cost. We've enjoyed our first year at Blueberry Hill and we recommend it if you're looking for an apartment. Just around the corner is a Wegmans, plenty of restaurants and gas stations and the mall is only 10 minutes away. Easy access to 490 as well. If you are environmentally conscious and use public transportation there is a direct line from BBH to downtown Rochester. If you are in the mood for party tenants can book the beautifully decorated club house for free! The clubhouse has a full kitchen in it as well. The only negatives with this complex is that the walls are very thin so privacy can be lacking. However I have never found an apartment that doesn't have this issue. The appliances are also a little dated and could use some upgrades.

Most of the houses are walking distance from the University of Rochester. I was staying at 122 Brooks Ave, and my friends lived on Marsh St, Burton St, and Millbank. We were all a walking distance across the footbridge. We could bike or take the Gold line to the University of Rochester. Their services are great. I really like how quick and efficient these people are. The places are clean and well maintain. So, no surprises of things breaking down while there. It's my pleasure knowing anyone will have great time like I did.

When I called to find one why the full deposit wasn't given, they said they had to reprint to walls in my bedroom. I have dated picture showing that I never left the apartment in such disrepair. The property manager sent me back a email with pictures showing a wall with marks on it, there was also no way of knowing if it was my bedroom or not. Also, there are plenty other apartment buildings in the area that are way nicer, and a hell of a lot cheaper. Be aware of this awful apartment building.

Although, sometimes getting an email back may take awhile, when I ever I've asked about getting something fixed, whether inside my apartment or the apartment building maintenance was quick to respond! I think what I've appreciated the most about this company is their patience and understanding! They reach out to the renter first about late or missed payments and have always worked with either myself or my roommates to come to a resolution that works best for everyone!
