Every time i order pizza from here i get a large pizza and i asked for cheese and pepper they give you 2 each of those items for a large pizza and everytime i call and make a complaint they say they will have it on the receipt to make sure they bring extra cheese and pepper they say they will write on the receipt but they don't and than I asked them to have someone bring me the items they said no even though I kept saying on the phone every time to make sure they have extra cheese and pepper but it's still happening so than I start saying I would like 6 cheese and 6 peppers to this day theyy still not giving me what i asked for i got pizza last night and the same thing happened again so I just want to let you guys know they keep messing up my order read more

The truth is you can find pizza anywhere, but not like Big Ts! The friendly service an awesome taste with a long trajectory record of consistency in its flavor. Since I relocated from Orange County it took me more than 13 years to find my new pizza place and I can call home say I won't go anywhere else. Big T's is huge in my household. The ingredients are always fresh, plentiful, and delicious. Whenever you call in to order the service is amazing. They're nice, quick, and ACCURATE. We have never had a problem with any order. It's a small place so unfortunately sitting there and eating a slice isn't an option, so try not to eat the whole pizza on your way home. We noticed that this place is always packed every time we go to our credit union. So yesterday, we decided to try it out and got a pizza, wings, and garlic parmesan bread. After we ate, my wife and I got really sick! We were both throwing up and sick to our stomach!! It was horrible!!!! My wife called Big T's and spoke to Jenny. She told Jenny about our situation. Jenny said that since no one else have called to complain, she will only refund one thing from our order. My wife told her that we still have a lot of food left over and she can drive back to show them that we didn't eat everything. Jenny said that it wouldn't be necessary. We are still sick from the food that we ate last night! Food poisoning sucks!!!!! I just spoke to Jose today. He didn't give us the refund that Jenny told us. He was combative with my wife. He wasn't even apologetic that we got sick. He said that people always try to come up so he doesn't believe anyone. He said that he doesn't want to fuc**ng see us ever again! Picked up take out (a couple of pizza's and some Alfredo Pasta) there this past week and the food was ok but you could tell that the ingredients used in the pizza weren't anything special. The pizza dough was overly thick - it was airy - and it just didn't taste that great. The dough was bland and without any flavor. A little garlic butter basted on the dough before baking would have given it some flavor. The pizza sauce was also lacking of spice or any kind of heat. It tasted like regular canned tomato sauce. The pepperoni and sausage were of the quality found in any public school pizza. Our son did enjoy the Alfredo Pasta and garlic bread so they have that going for them. Again, the food was prepared well... it just could have used actual spices to give it some flavor. read more

Never ordering from here again! The gave us packets of Parmesan cheese that we're old! The kids put it all over the pizza so I had to throw it away. We called the manager and was told it turns brown when it gets old but it's ok for them to eat it. I will be reporting this to the department of health immediately! read more

We have been customers of Big T's since we moved in the area in 2020, and our service has quickly gone downhill since. The biggest issue for us is the timeliness and customer service is severely lacking. We ordered a pizza at 4:45pm and the employee mentioned it would be a 1.5hr waiting. No problem. After two hour passes, we call in to check and they mention after a run around that they lost our ticket and never had our order going. They mentioned they would put in a new ticket and have us as first priority around 6:45p. Quoted wait time: 20 Minutes. We call again after waiting ANOTHER 45 minutes to speak to a manger. They were not apologetic or willing to work with us to compensate for our time. The best they could do was 15% off our next order. They mentioned again our food was almost at our house at 7:10. Another HOUR passed at 8:10 with no food in sight. We had to call for the THIRD time to find our order was still at least 10 minutes away. From initial order it has been almost FOUR HOURS with no apologies except a 15% off coupon. Completely unacceptable customer service. read more
