Picked up take out (a couple of pizza's and some Alfredo Pasta) there this past week and the food was ok but you could tell that the ingredients used in the pizza weren't anything special. The pizza dough was overly thick - it was airy - and it just didn't taste that great. The dough was bland and without any flavor. A little garlic butter basted on the dough before baking would have given it some flavor. The pizza sauce was also lacking of spice or any kind of heat. It tasted like regular canned tomato sauce. The pepperoni and sausage were of the quality found in any public school pizza. Our son did enjoy the Alfredo Pasta and garlic bread so they have that going for them. Again, the food was prepared well... it just could have used actual spices to give it some flavor. read more

Never ordering from here again! The gave us packets of Parmesan cheese that we're old! The kids put it all over the pizza so I had to throw it away. We noticed that this place is always packed every time we go to our credit union. So yesterday, we decided to try it out and got a pizza, wings, and garlic parmesan bread. After we ate, my wife and I got really sick! We were both throwing up and sick to our stomach!! It was horrible!!!! My wife called Big T's and spoke to Jenny. She told Jenny about our situation. Jenny said that since no one else have called to complain, she will only refund one thing from our order. My wife told her that we still have a lot of food left over and she can drive back to show them that we didn't eat everything. Jenny said that it wouldn't be necessary. We are still sick from the food that we ate last night! Food poisoning sucks!!!!! I just spoke to Jose today. He didn't give us the refund that Jenny told us. He was combative with my wife. He wasn't even apologetic that we got sick. He said that people always try to come up so he doesn't believe anyone. He said that he doesn't want to fuc**ng see us ever again! We have been customers of Big T's since we moved in the area in 2020, and our service has quickly gone downhill since. The biggest issue for us is the timeliness and customer service is severely lacking. We ordered a pizza at 4:45pm and the employee mentioned it would be a 1.5hr waiting. No problem. After two hour passes, we call in to check and they mention after a run around that they lost our ticket and never had our order going. They mentioned they would put in a new ticket and have us as first priority around 6:45p. Quoted wait time: 20 Minutes. We call again after waiting ANOTHER 45 minutes to speak to a manger. They were not apologetic or willing to work with us to compensate for our time. The best they could do was 15% off our next order. They mentioned again our food was almost at our house at 7:10. Another HOUR passed at 8:10 with no food in sight. We had to call for the THIRD time to find our order was still at least 10 minutes away. From initial order it has been almost FOUR HOURS with no apologies except a 15% off coupon. Completely unacceptable customer service. read more

I have been to Big T's many times and its my work's pizza choice when they order for events. I enjoy their chicken wings as well I just ask for them extra crispy. The service is prompt I usually pick up my pizza in about 20 mins. It doesn't have tables or dining area so it's not a sit down restaurant. This is mine and my husband's second time ordering- definitely will be doing so again! We ordered: 1) mozzarella sticks that were probably the thickest I have ever had from any restaurant 2) Sriracha bites which were very good and not super spicy although my husband says an extra side of Sriracha would've been perfect 3) a "personal size" pizza for our son (who cannot give his own review yet being 1...) but the size is perfect for a child. 4) two calzones. oh. my. GOSH. I am Italian and have worked in an Italian-family-owned restaurant (NYPD Corona) and THESE WERE AMAZING. The small size was perfect and any bigger would have been just too much for one person. I appreciated them coming pre-sliced, too, and not to mentioned slathered in cheese. Best crust I have ever had; perfectly buttered and garlicky.
