It had been a few years since we last visited Big T's, so we decided to give it another try when my son offered to pick it up (delivery isn't available in our area). Overall, everything was really good. The pizza was very tasty and reasonably priced. The sauce is on the sweeter side, so just something to be aware of if that's not your preference. The wings (garlic parm) were a little undercooked for my preference and the flavor was just okay, nothing special, definitely needed more salt. The mozzarella sticks were cooked perfectly and very good, but the real standout was the garlic cheese sticks. Super cheesy, packed with flavor, and definitely the star of the order. We'd happily order those again.

Had Big T's bookmarked for a while. I saw there body slammer 28" pizza. So ive been wanting to give them a try. Hubby was craving pizza so I was like its time to try Big T's! I saw that the body slammer 28" pizza is usually cut into 45-55 square pieces. So I called to see if they'd be willing to cut it into regular pizza slices. The young man who answered the phone was so friendly and helpful. He told me he'd definitely be able to slice them in regular slices:) So I proceed to order it ordered on their app. Super fast, simple, and easy to use. You also receive pizza points to use for free stuff. I ordered the body slammer with pepperoni and spicy sausage. I also got a large order of cheese bread. The body slammer is huge AF:) and the large cheese bread is like a large pizza. We went to pick it up and everything was hot and freshly made. I love how everyone here was working hard. They all had a job and were doing it like a well oiled machine! Just banging out pizzas and doing it with love! The fam enjoyed everything. We'd definitely order from Big T's again! Thanks Big T's for a night off from cooking:) Big T's is mom & family approved:)

You definitely get good pizza for the value. PROs: The pizza is good for value pizza. The portions are large for the price. The ingredients are fresh. The pizzas are made to order. The staff is very nice and professional. CONS: The dough is pretty chewy even though the bread part isn't too thick. The crust is on the dryer side and doesn't have any flavor. It is not flaky, crunchy, buttery, or anything really, it's kinda just plain bread. The store front can use some work. The cash registers and ovens appear to be newer...tablets and modern tech, but the walls and ceilings can use some love or basic cleaning really. The walls need a wipe down and maybe paint. Who cares since we're there for the pizza not the looks. However, the ceiling is layered with filth. You can see the dust hanging from the vents. The dust hangs over the cooking area. That part is unacceptable. Visit the store and see for yourself. BOTTOM LINE: Good tasting pizza with fresh ingredients based on the price. Better than Pizza Hut, dominos, and little Cesar's especially with the pricing. But if money isn't the issue, you can spend a little more getting gourmet pizza that should be made in a cleaner kitchen. Pizza: 7/10 fresh and as expected Cleanliness: 4/10 please spend a couple hundred to get it professionally cleaned Overall: 6.5/10

Big T's huh? Yeah it's a decent pie, nothing too crazy but probably one of the better Rialto spots. Crust isn't all that but the pizza tastes fresh and the ingredients are decent. Pizza: 6.9

This is mine and my husband's second time ordering- definitely will be doing so again! We ordered: 1) mozzarella sticks that were probably the thickest I have ever had from any restaurant 2) Sriracha bites which were very good and not super spicy although my husband says an extra side of Sriracha would've been perfect 3) a "personal size" pizza for our son (who cannot give his own review yet being 1...) but the size is perfect for a child. 4) two calzones. oh. my. GOSH. I am Italian and have worked in an Italian-family-owned restaurant (NYPD Corona) and THESE WERE AMAZING. The small size was perfect and any bigger would have been just too much for one person. I appreciated them coming pre-sliced, too, and not to mentioned slathered in cheese. Best crust I have ever had; perfectly buttered and garlicky. New to this area and trying to find my new locks pizza spot and tried this based off the reviews. Order a medium pizza and spicy wings, and overall I'd say it was decent - wasn't nasty by any means but it also wasn't great. Crust was a little to thick for my liking, sauce was mediocre but the toppings tasted fresh and the sausage was tasty. Ordered the spicy wings, but they weren't spicy. Overall I'd say "ehh". read more

Ummm, yes please! 1. Staff is patient and efficient over the phone. I ordered take out and was told it'd be ready in 30mins. 2. When we arrived, they immediately greeted us and were customer service focused. It was also nice to see they all get along and work well as a team. My order was ready exactly when I got there, so that was nice. 3. The pizza is just absolutely delicious! We ordered two medium w two toppings and an order of 10pc wings and it came out to $21 and change. Not bad! It was such a great deal for the quality. The pizza isn't greasy like chain restaurants. Super small yet awesome little family-owned pizza place. They've always been super affordable and they always have specials (like large pizza, wings, and a 2L soda for one low price). They're also pretty flexible with customizations/additions/removals of toppings. They also occasionally offer delivery IF you live nearby. Overall an awesome place and almost always for a special price. read more

The cheese, the pepperoni,the sauce, the way the calzones are overly stuffed with gooey goodness. The way you bite into that slice and instantly feel heaven on your taste buds you are hooked, the explosion of the flavor makes you wanna slap your mama. The service this place meets and exceeds all the time, from the time you place your order till it's delivered your mouth drooling over the fact that your about to get a delicious slice of goodness. Been ordering here for the past 5 years and i have never had a complaint. This is a reminder of why I keep ordering form here. Thanks big TS staff. read more

Big T's pizza salads is the only place I go to. It's like a little hole in the wall great service everybody's friendly and actually my food is pretty hot when I have it delivered. So when it comes to having pizza, haven't been to Domino's Papa John's Pizza Hut they suck. Try Big Ts Pizza . You won't be disappointed. read more

When we moved here to Rialto, being a pizza lover, one of the first things I did was look up local pizzerias. Big T's is a standout and my favorite pizzeria by far. They definitely live up to their excellent reviews. Their pizza crusts are soft and fluffy and all their ingredients taste fresh. I also love their large variety sizes to pick from. I ordered a large Big T's Special pizza for delivery. The pizza was delivered piping hot and the pizza's smeel made my mouth water. The taste was very good well balanced and the crust was very good and chewy. I highly reccommend Big T's pizza. read more

Big T pizza has very good pizza. I would definitely pick this over dominos or pizza hut. All the delivery drivers are nice and respectful. Only knock I have is the wait times are always long and the wings sometimes are not crispy when asked if they can be over done or crispy. Its not the biggest deal since the wing flavor and type of wings are good. read more

I saw the reviews and the stars and I thought, nice, I will go and try this pizza joint. Worst decision I have made, I called in my pizza and some wings, the guy said it will be ready in 20 min, we got there in about 15 min and we waited to complete the 20 min, at the 20 min mark i got off to pick up my pizza and the worker said to give him 5 more minutes, those 5 minutes turned into another 20 min. The pizza was not good at all, it almost seemed like it was just reheated, and the wings were under cooked. And customer service was not the best either. Will definitely not go there AGAIN!!!! read more

That pizza crust has that crunchiness that has you wanting to get another slice...lol..The wings are so tasty and full of flavor. If your in the area and need to get your pizza fix this is the place for you. They get super busy so call in your order ahead of time if you plan to pick up! Enjoy! read more

Yes, I did go and try Big T's. It was ok. I ordered ahead so I didn't have to wait in line. The employee was kind, and the pricing was fair. I believe they do give you a fair amount on your toppings however, I did order extra too. The issue for me was, the quality and flavor wasn't there. That being said, if you're into eating really good quality pizza I personally wouldn't recommend it. More importantly, if you don't have a real issue with great taste and flavor then I'll say try it you may like it. read more

We've been coming here for years, the pizza and wings are worth the wait. Me and my girlfriend had a craving last night and decided to place an order, took a little longer than expected and delivery window usually follows about an hour wait but the food comes hot and delicious. If you order from here give them at least an hour heads up. Other than that the food here is really good. Large portions as well. read more

Today we came back to use that discount. The manager ultimately honored it within the 90-day window, but the interaction felt much more uncomfortable than it needed to be. It seemed like redeeming the discount was an inconvenience, even though it had been offered because of the issue with our previous order. The receipt also stated "20% off order," but the discount was only applied to the pizza. We genuinely love this place and will continue coming back because the food is usually excellent. This review isn't about the burnt pizza that can happen on a busy night. It's about how the follow-up was handled. A simple effort to make things right shouldn't leave a customer feeling uncomfortable. It also would have been helpful if it had been explained when the discount was originally offered that it was only valid for two weeks and only for the exact same order. I should've just accepted the discount that day.

Probably best meatballs from a restaurant that I've had in a very long time. The 12 Churros Bites were warm and soft with just the right amount of crunch. I requested extra cinnamon and sugar topping and they were perfectly sweet. I spent a lot of money on food that will be going in the trash. I really wanted to like this pizza, but sadly I have yet to find a really good pizza in the IE. My search continues.

Ordered a pizza about 2 hours ago and was told it'd be at the very least an 1 hour and 15 minutes to an hour and half before delivery. I normally order from pizza hut but the reviews of the closest one weren't good and this one came up on yelp with good reviews. I've tried to call and check up on the order multiple times but no answer. I understand it's raining outside and things get backed up but you'd think they'd call and say hey our driver is running late but your order is on it's way as I've got hungry kids waiting now for 2 hours. I'm hoping to either receive a call back or that the driver is just running behind because I'd really like to give this place a fair chance. But so far I can't really honestly say I'm too pleased with the customer service and lack their of of communication. read more

This is my all time favorite pizza place i think everyone in the area needs to try this place at least once! Theyre really cheap and give you a lot for your money. They also deliver pretty far out, ive had them deliver out to cedar ave and the 60 fwy for only a five dollar gas charge! Their pizza is so good its annoyingly addicting -_- but their sides are good too the calzones are okay never tried the wings the pastas are yummy, a great deal, and overly portioned out so you can definitely split a "single serving" with a friend or partner and be satisfied. I have had pizza in Rome, NYC, Vegas and this place by far is less then one star. Sorry but this is the truth. We ordered 2 large pizza and 10 buffalo wings. Pizza was dry. Not sure if that is how you make pizzas, but this was very dry. Buffalo wing were not buffalo wing, that what I ordered but they also were dry, no sauce and not spicy. This is place is good. Reasonably priced for what you get in return. The pizza is richer than most places around. Toppings taste fresher and the quality feels personal because the pizza is catered to your order. I would and have recommend this place over most in area. Give it a try and ask to have your wings sauced not dry and try not to catch them with over a 1 hour wait. Only 1 time was my wait time over 1 hour and the delivery guy took a while to arrive.
