It's a family run shop, you'll have mom dad or the kids taking your order, all who are very friendly and answered any questions I had about the menu. The store was clean, but not a lot of seating for people to hang out. The food: there's only one warning to give about the pizzas here, and it's that they are greasy. I am very particular when it comes to pizza, I know its just pizza but still. For me this was not the best pizza, for me it was very doughy, it was cooked but the dough just tasted too soft. Flavor wise, definitely had the Indian smell and taste with garlic and ginger, also it has a kick to it which I love in a pizza. The ginger was a bit too much for me, as it had an after taste. First the pizza not bad good crust good amount of sauce but, the toppings very little pepperoni and pineapple and little sausage and what's up with that little piece? I ordered a New York pizza pepperoni only. They delivered the wrong type of pizza. I called them to advise them about their mistake. The young argued with me over the phone. I had to drive 6 miles to the pizza parlor to return the pizza. There 3 store employees argued with me about the order and initially refused to refund me. I threatened to yelp them and contact the chamber of commerce for Fontana. They then reluctantly voided the transaction. Poorest customer service that I have ever experienced! And I'm ok with that. But I'm a sucker for salad with fruit in it. This is the first time my wife has ever called them using her number and she picked up her order. Even when told that they are mistaken, he continued to yell at her. The naked wings were so delicious! I had to get my wings naked at Claim Jumper the next day because I was craving them. The mozzarella sticks were pretty good too. Not the cheap off brand type.
