Outstanding establishment! Plants beautify my yard every year! Please continue being true to yourself and your customers. Establishment is clean, bright, organized, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. I constantly recommend Adams to everyone I know that is new to the area with great feed back. Keep up the great work.

I love trying new things and love that most staff know their departments and aren't hesitant to share opinions when asked and sometimes even when they aren't. It reminds me of old school service, and I haven't been steered wrong by their input yet. When this location first opened, I constantly had issues checking out at the front registers. For example, a deal might be advert but not reflected on my receipt, or I could buy three lemons and be charged for four mangos and issues like that. So, I am diligent about checking my receipts, but I haven't caught any issues like that in the longest time. I love that if I come in for items in one of their specialty areas, I can just check out right there and skip the front registers all together. I think this is why I do more impulse buys here than other supermarkets. The prices are high, but I've heard staff say they are treated well. Because of that, I don't mind paying extra. I actually hope the store expands so I can avoid shopping at stores without that reputation. I might avoid this location's gift shop, though.

To make matters worse, I spent way too much time going in circles with Walmart's chat system just trying to reach a human. After finally speaking with someone, I was told I have to wait another 48 hours before I can even request a refund because they want to see if the order gets delivered again. So let's do the math: 48 hours waiting for a delayed package, then another 48 hours waiting to ask for a refund. That's four days of waiting after Walmart already failed to deliver the order correctly. What does a person have to do to get some wine glasses and plates? The most frustrating part isn't even the delivery mistake. It's spending time with multiple customer service representatives only to end up right back at square one. In an era where companies are investing heavily in AI and customer experience, Walmart needs to do better. If customers have to fight through automated systems and multiple support agents just to get basic help, something is broken.

The selection of products isn't quite the variety of some of the main Price Choppers, and this location is a little on the older side. The layout isn't quite as organized as some of the other newer Price Choppers. Some employees were out stocking the shelves, keeping up with the flow, but it was impossible to find employees working the floor and the lines in places such as the deli were enormous and delayed. The sales tax in PA is 6%, as opposed to NY's skyrocketing tax rates. This is conveniently located just next to the state line, and is cheaper than buying in NY. For those NY residents who happen to be in the area, it's a cost savings to stop in NJ and fill up your tank with cheaper gas, and stop into PA (right down the road) to shop here for cheaper groceries. Doing business outside of NY is always a cost savings.
