Today was my first time here well i should say today was my fur kids first time here. She had her nails trimmed she went in and less then 5 minutes she was back out to me. Called them yesterday & asked to make an appointment on saturday for my fur baby to get a nail trim & the person I spoke to on the phone told me that I could do a walk in. Asked how long it was gonna take & was told it was gonna be quick. LITERALLY total of 5 minutes included - walking inside, telling her what I was there for, pushing my baby thru the doors (cus he decided to put on his brakes when he realized what was going on ), paying & leaving. & my furbaby usually squirms & nearly goes to bite when doing his nails but shockingly; he just let her get it done & was totally fine the entire time. So grateful & happy with them so much that when we got back to the truck, the hubby grabbed more cash to go & leave a bigger tip for them. Cute, clean place. Great prices. Awesome service. Comfort level @ a 10. Thank you Big Waggles for taking my baby in, he needed his nails trimmed for awhile & we finally found a place that didn't make it a hassle to get in. read more

Our dog hates being in a cage. He gets extremely nervous. That is why we book the first appointment. Great in theory. They say they will call or text us when he is ready to be picked up. Of the five times we were there, that NEVER happened. So two hours evolve into three hours into.... Well, the last time we went this 19 pound dog chewed threw his 1/2 leash. They laughed it off. They do a good job a grooming but don't seem to care about issues a dog may have. read more

I had an unfortunate experience with the new owner's integrity and lack of grooming skills. Receiving my dogs extremely nervous, only 1/4 groomed after 5 hours is ridiculous and not to be tolerated. My hopes are that she has hired a reputable experienced groomer by now and is able to have improved time management. Saul ( DOG BARBER) from Kihei Vetenarian office is where I take them now and his professionalism and experience ( including being a celebrity dog stylist in Los Angeles) can not be beat. He gets them in and out, not sitting in a cage for hours at a time. It is so important to be able to trust your dog groomer with your little dog babies. I recommend Saul as an alternative to this business. He is worth the drive to North Kihei. read more

Will not respond to your message after inquiring them for prices. It's like they want you to keep bugging them.

Must be nice for everyone who received excellent service from this business! I had a scheduled appointment that was scheduled 2 weeks prior and when I get there with my dog, the place looked like it was shut down. I tried calling the two numbers provided and even emailed them and nothing, no response no call back no answers as to why my appointment was scheduled from two weeks out to showing up to the place with no services being provided to me and my dog. Completely wasted my time! With that being said I'm super glad that I didn't take my dog to get groomed, can't trust someone that reaches out to you many days later by email stating that they were "out of town" when I was specifically given an exact date and time to be there, and that to me is super beyond fishy and completely unprofessional, especially with Maui being so small, you can't really trust a lot of business's let alone leaving your dog in that persons hands.. I have taken my poodle bichon to more than 4 other groomers on island and he always left with something wrong with the groom job and his skin was irritated from the shears- But, taking him to big waggle, nicholle, always make sure he is groomed to perfection and never has to muzzle him because they know how to handle pets! They care about the welfare of your pet more than just getting them out the door- the place is clean and the staff know what they are doing! I drive all the way from Kihei just to go to these guys, its worth it and their pricing is very fair! read more
