Everything! Great value for the money!! Awesome experience..the dryers were only a quarter!!

We just got off of the Norwegian Escape and needed to get some laundry done. Thought we'd try out this place based on a previous review. Five of us came here on a Saturday afternoon. Larry the laundry attendant greeted us at the door with a big smile and welcomed us in. He seemed very giddy to see non-locals roll through. Larry gave us advice on which machines to use, how to use them, and how to load $$ on the laundry cards. Very friendly guy! The place itself was very big. LOTS of washers and dryers. It was reasonably clean, but definitely a little worn. I saw a few machines out of order and some video games not in service. Oddly there's a pool table in the middle of the place; not sure if it was usable though. We were in and out in about 90 minutes. Most loads took about 30 minutes and drying took about 20 minutes. A load costs between $3-$5 depending on the size of the machine. Dryers were about $0.50 for 10 minutes. You'll need about 20 minutes of drying time per load. We brought our own laundry detergent as well. All in all, it was a smooth experience. Larry made the whole ordeal worth the Yelp review. That dude is funny as well as helpful. This place is in the inner city, so some might consider the neighborhood a little sketch. Larry joked about that. Lol. when I used the restroom the owner told me there not water to wash your hands she just hand sanitizer and she was very rude with me ... washing your hands after use the restroom is important i could take a infection in my stomach or n this laundry never has water. read more

The owner is very rude.. Had waited 40 mins for my clothes to dry to come back to them still being wet. The employee was already on the phone with her in she gave me the phone to say I need more then 40 mins ... in after I told her I have to go to work in to give me more mins she replies there are no refunds with a attitude....like what ? I come here every week same routine never had a problem with the timing of drying my clothes ...what she need to do is fix all these problems and stop being rude to people who spending their money here... SN the employee ended up drying my clothes again in another machine since the other washer in dryers don't work they need to shut down for a day or 2 to fix these problems..... there are no broken signs or anything to let people know smh I will be looking for another wash house .... read more

Easy to use and find. We were looking for a place to wash our clothes after our cruise since neither the cruise ship (MSC) nor the hotel offered guest laundry services. The attendant, Larry, was super nice, helpful, accommodating, and ready to assist when needed. He is definitely well liked as evidenced by the number of people who stopped by to talk and joke around with him. We came on a Saturday afternoon and the place was practically empty. They had numerous machines of various sizes and prices. Also, if you don't feel like doing your own wash, they offer drop off service. At 10 lb minimum for $.79 lb. it's a real bargain. read more

This is by far my worst washing experience. the machine had a slow water flow and my clothes were still dirty. I paid $8 for the big wash which is a lot to use for washing and I'm very displeased. the machine also read slow fill error I told the laundry attendant that didn't speak English then she called someone i can speak to and she was just giving me other options that didn't work. Adding more detergent or adding too much detergent excuses but didn't explain why there is a slow water flow. I will never be coming here again and I will post this via social networks to let the neighborhood know that these machines will eat your money and your clothes will still come out dirty. read more

Laundry mat located in the city of Miami (Liberty City) opens at 7am-11pm Monday through Fridays, on the weekends 6am-11pm. I've been coming here on and off for the last 10 years. Your last wash must be done by 9pm. I usually come here when I have too much clothes to wash and do not want to make it an all day event. The establishment and rest rooms are very clean, no smell of pee. They offer from 20- 75 pound washers Thir dryers they have two sizes. It's also air-conditioned, Big Wash also offer video game machines, a pool table, and flat screen televisions while washing your clothes. They have a place to fold your clothes, and free usuage the iron press for free for the first 20 minutes, certain days of the week they have specials on their washers, preferably I come on Tuesdays, when their 40 pounder is usually 50% off ($2.56) and their dryers are 42 cents for ten minutes and their bigger dryer is 79 cents for ten minutes. Like any other laundry mat, they sell laundry essentials at a very high price, I advise anyone to either purchase their items before arriving or there is a Winn-Dixie down the street. If you hungry or have the munchies, there's a Subway next door. This establishment is a NO CASH, pretty much you have to get a plastic card from the attendant, and there's two computer like tellers, where you insert the card and you feed the machine money. This has to be the most expensive... most difficult place to wash at. First of all they use a card system that doesn't accept quarters nor does it have ANY Sign outside that says so. So when I asked the lady if she can change my quarters to bills to laid the card she said they don't do that so I had to leave and see where they can , because I just unloaded 5 loads of clothes so I wasn't about to load them back in my car and leave ... I just went through a hassle unloading them and walking all the way around cause the lady in charge told me I had to "hurry up" when I was unloading from the front cause she was closing the front door early (8:00 pm ish) and they close at 11pm. The dryers are THE WORST I spent 30+ min drying it all in the biggest dryers they had. At the end of the night I had to take my clothes home Wet ... because she was rushing us out. I really had a bad time there. read more

My favorite place to do laundry... Ample parking, comfortable seating, good machines that are regularly fixed, helpful staff. They have tvs, a jukebox, internet, even a pool table. Also a subway next door. It has never been too crowded, even if it was the place is big enough. You don't have to worry about getting quarters either, they have a reloadable card system. Overall, if your looking for a comfortable and stress free laundry experience, come here. read more

Customer service is TERRIBLE!!! John or whatever this man name is that worked on Saturday morning on 12/19/15 is very rude!! I told him about my concern that the washer was not working but not clearly marked and he told me that there is a sticker on the money compartment. I told him that it should be marked where you put the detergent in too. He stated that "Common sense would tell you to look at where you put the money." I told him that why would you look there when you have to put the detergent in first. I think that you should tape the detergent dispenser as well. He kept arguing with me back and forth calling me stupid and dumb and involving other customers making a scene. I did not appreciate the disrespect and treatment. I told him obviously "the customer is not right in this establishment." He continued to argue back and forth with me. Raising his voice and threatening me with his body language. I thought he was going to jump on me. WORST experience I have EVER had in a laundromat. I usually enjoy my experience here but this character has to go. I will never wash my clothes here when he is here again. I felt so threatened with his language and body language I almost called the police. And he is still going around talking about the situation with other patrons. Poor customer service and tact. read more

This is not a place where families are invited. I and my sons aide was repeatedly harassed. The attendant Named Otis completely disrespected my children which two are autistic. And he told me next time I have to wash don't bring my children. Everywhere my sons aside went he was disrespectful to her asking her do you have to walk this way. Do you have to do this? Then violated my space and was disrespectful and not at all professional. Very unprofessional and disrespectful of him also to speak ill mannered with my autistic son. I would love to speak to the manager because a few of the workers need to learn professional etiquette and need to learn how to speak to customers. read more

This is the worst experience I have ever the guy who claims to be a manger took my detergent and put it outside because I opened the side door I asked him to opened the door because I have a lot of clothes it is supposed to be open he refused to give me the number to the manager and store owner. I have been going here sine I was 10years I will not be returning. read more

Clean and easy. Machines are fairly priced. It was hard to find a place to do laundry where you feel like it's clean and also safe to go. Ed was very polite and patient with me when I asked about one machine I thought I put too much soap in (Rookie mistake). I've finally found a laundromat I can frequent! read more
