Hands down, aside from toilet paper- this was the best discovery/invention (whatever you want to call it) I've ever had the opportunity to do. 40 POUNDS PEOPLE- THATS A LOT OF LAUNDRY I DIDNT WANT TO DO. These beautiful, lovely people did it for me. Washed and folded them. Oh, so perfectly... I did get a paupau... but only because I left something in one of my pockets. DONT LEAVE THINGS IN YOUR POCKETS. GOT DAMN PEOPLE!!! Don't make this terrible chore harder on someone! Just clean out your DAMN pockets. They are very friendly and their wash and fold service is cheap, fast, and excellent! Seating and machines to turn bills to coins are available as well. Only thing with wash and fold is I forgot to turn a white sweatshirt inside out and got blue stains from soap (they came out, but just be careful with white clothing). read more

My husband and I have been using Wash House for two years. Every Sunday we drop off our laundry in the morning and pick it up in the evening. The owner is so nice and his staff is very friendly. They wash, dry and fold our laundry. If they are busy they will do it for the next day but just try to get it there before 10 am. I wouldn't sit there and use the coin operated laundry because the crowd there can seem a little seedy but don't be fooled because they provide a great service. I bring them my own hangers and in a smaller plastic bag I put the clothes that I need air dried. They are nice enough to hang dry my delicate clothes for me on the hangers I provide. The owner does NOT steal people's clothes and donate them. Whoever wrote that probably lost something and isn't too happy. Not to mention the owner hardly speaks English so I'm sure the disgruntled patron misunderstood the owner. There is one kind of rude woman who works there but that's a minor detail. You can't beat the price and cleanliness! read more

Once you factor in the detergent and your time, it's basically a wash. Pun intended, ba-dum-ching. Clothes come back clean, neatly folded, organized, and with a plethora of dryer sheets stuffed inside so your clothes smell better longer. They've never lost anything of mine or returned an item to me which was not my own. Service is friendly and fast - usually 24 hours or less. Please note you must PRE-PAY for your laundry service and they accept CASH ONLY. I'm docking one star because the neighborhood isn't the best and I would appreciate a little more oversight of the shady characters hanging around outside. Just had my first and last experience at the was house laundromat in little river. They have a huge sign that reads ".75 a pound" outside heir shop. You get inside and its .89 this should have been a red flag, but I was desperate to get some Laundry done. Nobody who works there speaks English, which is fine, this is Miami, but their attitudes are awful. They make you feel like they hate you just for coming in and trying to give them business. As I said I was desperate, so I gave them my laundry, asked how long it would be in Spanish: "one hour to one hour and a half, give or take, maybe less, but not more". ok. They said they would text when done. I thank them and told them I really needed it under 2 hours, no problem they said. 4 and a half hours later. I call the shop, no answer. I drive back over and ask if my laundry is done, the lady, clearly very annoyed, points to the drier and then says "did I text you?" Aggressively. "No" I say. "Well then it isn't done". Wow. Ok. I said I thought you told me under 2 hours, "I was busy". Haha okey dokey, thanks a lot! If you don't mind false advertisement, no English, contempt for your customers, and no apology when blatantly not delivering on your promise, then this place is for you! read more

Great service for a fantastic price! For only $0.75 per lb they will wash, dry & FOLD ur clothes!!! That's more than when I do it... I drop off my laundry in the am (inside one of those very generously sized Ikea blue bags) and they send u a text when they are ready. Ready to be picked up after work. They even folded my thongs!!! Clothes are placed inside plastic bags with several dryer sheets in between folded clothing to keep them dry & smelling fresh. They even hang some items such as pants & sweaters (I return the hangers on my next visit). Bedding & towels cost the same $0.75/lb. Only large bulky items such as duvets cost more (priced by the piece), but still reasonable - $16 for my king size duvet. Like the previous reviewer said, the corner is a little sketchy so daylight is always a better time. All in all, a great place. I will continue bringing them my business read more

The air conditioning worked really well, the floors and the washing machines were clean with no smell, very good lighting inside, the metal grid roll abouts to move your clothing from the washing to dryers looked clean and they were plentiful, for 45 minutes drying , it only cost $0.75. read more

In the first place, on Saturday night 07/14/2019 I went washing recently and it was terrible. The staff that was there was the" owner" supposedly and he spoke Spanish and English. Next, I left my clothes inside the washer then came back and equally important my clothes were extended in the wash. Then called the owner to bring it to his attention that my clothes were extended on the wash. In addition, I then mentioned that my clothes were in their longer than it should be explained that my timer went off and that something was going on with the machine. He then brushed it off and told me someone must've extended it by mistake thinking that it was their machine and that it was ok. Eventually, it stopped and in the final analysis all my clothes were bleached, work clothes everything was ruined Next I then told the Owner (the guy) and he mentioned that he was not responsible. Then I asked him for the person above him a number and he stated that He would not give it to me. He was very rude about it and for the most part, did not want to hear it unless I mentioned to him what I wanted to talk to the higher-ups about. What was worse he then followed me around the laundry as I was on the phone as if I did something wrong .All in all this was my worse experience over their ever! When confronted, apparently the owner told the customer that there really was little that the customer could do about it. I'll never take my clothes to this horrible establishment, ever again. Washed my laundry in the machine at my marina but the dryer was out of service so I took my damp clean clothes to this horrible place to dry them. There were a bunch of rude people blocking the entrance to the place and would barely move out of the way when I politely said excuse me numerous times. After maneuvering through the gauntlet, I approched an open dryer and began loading my clothes when a man ran up to me from behind the counter and said, as best that I could tell, that the dryers were only allowed to be used by people who used their washers (or somethin along those lines). I did not completely understand and tried to nicely explain the situation but he flatly refused and told me to leave. Rules are rules, I guess. Its his place and he can run it as he sees fit, but I cannot reccommend any business that is this unreasonable. I can only imagine what rigid unreasonable dime-saving policy they would enforce next. If their dirty old machines ate my money, broke down mid-cycle, or damaged my clothing I am quite certain I would be told "no refunds, get out!" read more
