We attended Wolfe GMC Buick on June 11th to view a used 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe LTZ. The Sales team member Mo was very responsive and was willing to stay late to meet with us in the evening which we appreciated.  During the test drive, the check engine light had come on following acceleration and on return, we had asked staff to look into the same and requested a tune up as this was the likely cause.  The service team tested the Tahoe twice and we were told that there was nothing found, however they were willing to do the tune up anyway as a condition of sale.  We picked up the Tahoe on June 16, 2025. On June 22, 2025, the engine light came on again and stayed on.  On June 23, 2025 we brought the Tahoe to a Garage and the check engine code read Misfire on Cylinder 7 - the code was subsequently cleared. Later the same day, my husband emailed Curtis Jensen advising that the check engine light was on again and the response was to direct us to the sales department. Mo called later the same day advising this was not their problem. On June 27, 2025 , I was with my son on the highway on our way to our lake lot when the check engine light came on again as well as the service Stabilittrak light.  The vehicle immediately ran rough, would not accelerate and smoke was coming out the tailpipes. Luckily we were not far from home and I was able to limp back home. We subsequently had the Tahoe towed to a Garage on July 2, 2025 where after diagnostics were completed they determined that the left side Head of the engine was recently removed and someone had changed out the lifters with non-GM parts which were found to be seized. The mechanic also noted that the Oil Sender was broken and glued back together.   On Friday July 25th, I emailed Mo, Curtis and their managers with the information above and requested support in covering the cost of repairs and never received a response.  On July 29th, I emailed Mo, Curtis, their managers and the General Manager and never received a response.  I have also left phone messages for the General Manager requesting a call back on August 1st and on August 5th however still have not received a response.  When meeting with Finance Manager, Curtis Jensen, we were assured that this dealership was honest and would never sell anything that they would not sell to their own family.  Mo assured us that this dealership does not sell vehicles with engine problems.  After the stress and financial strain that we have been put through despite assurances from the Wolfe GMC Buick sales team that we were buying a good reliable vehicle all we were asking for was support to rectify the issue and have been ghosted instead.

They arranged for a rental (less than 2000 km.) brand new. They drove us to Hertz. He even held my car door for me. The staff at Wolfe were happy, attentive, and very helpful. I know when people think of salesmen they think of pushy and overbearing. Alex was none of these things, he let me take my time and was there when I had questions and needed help. He didn't make me feel rushed or pressured. 1/5 for everything else. Be cautious when signing the papers. When they try to have you rapid fire off initials, take your time and don't let them rush you. And be aware IF YOU DON'T SPECIFICALLY ASK, THEY WILL NOT DISCLOSE. They expect you to catch the numbers and hope you don't notice or ask. I had to put my foot down about not wanting the drive train warranty, had to say so at least 3 times to finally have my answer accepted. I was so focused on being heard about this, I did not ask how much the protection plan costs. At no point was the number broken down for me. I was told about the glass protection, what that covers and how to claim. Some talk about other protection services was thrown in there. NO PRICE WAS SPOKEN ABOUT, OR HOW MUCH THAT PLAN COST. If at any point I was told 'the protection package is $3155' I would have said no. I knew the cost of the car. I knew my trade in value. I knew my negative equity being rolled over. I was so adamant trying to fight to get that warranty removed. Then come the rapid fire initials. I did not see the '$3155' for the protection plan. I don't do this every day. I called the next day, when I finally got my copy of the paperwork and saw it. I asked for it to be removed and while im sure they can remove it, they won't. I was told 'I should have asked the price' and the best they can do is a $500 credit. I'm left feeling like they hid something, got away with it and now I'm on the hook. If they weren't trying to hide the price, then why never mention it? Be aware. Take your time. Stay sharp. Ask everything, even if you don't know what to ask. Better make sure you think about it. I'd happily buy another car from Alex. Not go Honda.

I wrote a a 1 star review back then and was pretty much told that they didn't care. Years later, this dealership continues to cold call me trying to get business from me asking me if I'm interested in purchasing another vehicle from their dealership. I've been called several times in the past 2 years and each time I've told them to never call me, but they continue to do so. So here's another negative review for continuing to cold call me after I've continuously told them I do not wish to be contacted and I will tell anyone willing to listen to me that this dealership is the absolute worst. I'd purchase a vehicle literally anywhere else than KIA West Edmonton. Sincerely, André Bisson (The guy you keep calling)

If you are NOT…read moreWHITE, they will treat you like garbage. It started when I called because I was told by Ryan and Sundeep that I could charge my car at any charging station with no problem. Well, they didn't say I needed an adapter. A lady (white person) in the service department answered the call. I asked for Juliana (NOT white) , as I usually do, and she stated Juliana didn't work there anymore. Then, I said who I was and explained my problem with a lot of detail. She then asked, "So, what do you need?" It clearly showed she didn't listen to anything I said. Then, I ended up asking her to transfer me to parts, and she was laughing while doing it.Jeoffery (Not white) answered, and he helped me (at least, that is what I thought). He was nice and respectful. He thought he helped me find an adapter. However, now I know that no one knows anything about this car. They sell it, but they don't take the time to learn about it. Then, when I arrived,to the dealership to pick up the adapter that didn't work at the end, because was not the correct adapter. My car was very low on charge. I asked them if they could help me and charge my car for a little bit, as It was only at 20%. Jeoffery suggested I ask for Lee at service and ask him to help me. I went there. They didn't come to my car as service people always used to do. I got out of the car, asked for Lee (white person), and he immediately looked at me in a very disrespectful way. I still proceeded to tell him my situation and asked nicely (I promise I was very nice) if they could help me charge my car a little bit since it was only at 20%. He made no eye contact but said, "Well, I guess."Then, a woman (white person) ran to the office and spoke with a guy (white person) who started yelling from the office that it was not a public charging station. I said I was their customer and I have a Kia EV4 (not a cheap car). But because I have brown skin and I have an accent, I don't deserve the same treatment they were giving to the person beside me (a white person). They declined to give good customer service and literally kicked me out the door. So, if you are NOT WHITE, don't buy a car there, because you will deal with the service department longer than with sales or financing.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. HIDDEN FEES. NO SERVICE, ONCE THE CONTRACT IS SIGNED!!!!…read more It's the 4th and 5th new car for me since 2013, and never have I experienced such dishonesty. I absolutely do NOT recommend this dealership nor the seller JOSH LALLOUZ. He will sweet-talk you into signing the contract, but WILL drop you like a hot potato as soon as the deal is closed. Do NOT trust their finance department either. They are dishonest and good at finding fees. I bought a Grand Jeep Cherokee Limited 2023 last June from GreatWest. There were some hiccups, but it was OK. I guess the finance lady trying to sneak in some warranty packages into the car price should be the first red flag. But I was new in Edmonton and didn't know any better. At the beginning of September 2023, I bought a second Grand Jeep Cherokee Limited 2023, and that's when the issues arose. Once the deal was concluded, I was shown Josh Lallouz and the managers' true colors. It started when I discovered 5 days after purchasing the 2nd car that I was not given the full and right information regarding the warranty package. Trong Nguyen (from finance) made me believe that the coverage was for 5 years. Then I received an email from Jeep regarding the program Jeep Wave, a 3-year free of charge mechanical warranty! I reached out to Josh Lallouz, asking why he didn't tell me about it. He said he thought he did and that a manager would call me. I received a call from sales manager Lance Maroney, reassuring me that I was only being charged for 2 years. That GreatWest would never risk losing a valuable customer like me over $600. I decided to go through the bill of sale only to realize I was paying $9037.35 instead! I reached out to Mr Nguyen to have it canceled (I had 60 days to do so, and it was only day 6). He told me I have to pay $1,910.25 for him to be able to. I told him the bill of sale does not mention it, and he didn't either during our meeting. He said it's the fees Great West had to incur so I could get the extended warranty, interest-free. I called Josh Lallouz, hoping he could help and was told his job is to sell cars and to try customer service. After many unsuccessful attempts to resolve the issue. Many call back requests. I was told by Lance Maroney (sales manager) that the fees will remain. I tried escalating things but was basically told by Garret Anderson (general manager) that Great West is not going to lose out $2,000 over me. So after spending over $175,000 for two cars, in 2 months, Josh Lallouz and the sales managers Lance Maroney and Garret Anderson treated me like SHIT after being bamboozled by their finance department. Then Josh Lallouz has the nerve to send me an email 3 weeks ago, asking for referrals. By the way, I am still waiting for the free winter mats I was promised 5 months ago. Neither Josh nor Trong are answering my emails regarding the mats and confirmation that the warranty has been canceled. I guess you live and learn. $175,000 is a very costly price to pay for trusting the wrong people. BUYERS BE AWARE!!!!!

The Uber to take me to work pulled up just as we were finishing my checkin, when I'd expected to wait. No complaints. Subaru City is continuing to knock it out of the park as far as I'm concerned. Their response was "maybe $1500" when pressed for a more exact answer it changed to "well, $1700, but that's not including shop supplies." Dropping car off at dealership the online estimate emailed to me (after most work completed) shows a total of $3000 for work requested. Speaking to the service advisor on the phone I was told "$1700 was parts only. Shop supplies includes labour." A a skilled tradesman who has worked many years in service and maintenance, I can assure you "shop supplies" are sundry items and labour is a different line item. While the folks are friendly, service work is adequate, there is free coffee and Uber service is provided, my feedback to the new ownership group is to have your service advisors understand what are "shop supplies" and give a COMPLETE quote which includes parts AND labour. As there will be more substantial repairs to be done on my vehicle, I have sourced out an independent garage that can do the same work for about 1/2 to 2/3 the price with proper estimate up front. Only downside is no free coffee or Uber...
