Definitely wanted to take the time to leave this good and honest review. Husband and I were looking…read morefor a half way spot on our way home from vacation. We've never been to Lovelock, but it was on the map and the room was cheap. So I booked it. Then my husband looked at yelp and was sketched out big time on if we should go through with our reservation. It was too late to book elsewhere and my card was already going to be charged. We pulled in, nice building. Good paint job, doesn't look shabby. Attached to a casino, smelled like cigarettes inside but we don't care about that. Girl up front was really nice. Ok, so far so good. We head to our room inside.... SUPER CLEAN. AC was already on and our room was like an ice box, perfect because it was 110 outside. Nice furniture, fridge, microwave, bedding smells like clean bleach, no cigarette smells. HUGE bathroom!!! Separate shower and bath. As a woman, this was awesome. I got to do all my getting ready in here! Mini coffee pot and the coffee was actually really good!!! Hotel was quiet, normal people and normal cars all trying to get a good rest. There was the most absolute WORST experience ever trying to find something to eat in Lovelock. One restaurant was closed, the pizza place is the gas station and we were forced into their 2 star McDonald's where the ice was out and soda carbonation was out lol. And all we kept telling each other is thank god our hotel is nice!! We were very thankful. This hotel deserves the great review. We didn't find anything dirty, obviously no bugs. We slept great before our 4.5 hour drive home. Great stay and experience! Definitely recommend!

Because of that familiarity, I sometimes forget to slow down and acknowledge just how hard these ladies work. Every visit, they show up with genuine smiles and a clear dedication to doing their jobs well--and it shows. Shannon, the Shift Manager (pictured), and Dez, the Property Manager (not pictured), do a fantastic job hosting the weekly drawings and always manage to make them fun and engaging. Jen, the bartender (not pictured), will happily serve up your beer, spirits, or whatever your poison of choice may be--hopefully they've got your favorite on hand. And last but definitely not least, Maria (PM) (pictured) deserves a huge shout-out for keeping the casino floor and restrooms absolutely spotless. It never goes unnoticed. The casino itself is non-smoking, which is a big plus, but there is a designated smoking area out back. In the winter, the fireplace adds a really nice, cozy touch. Between the weekly drawings, men's and women's appreciation days, swipe/free play days, and bingo, there's always something going on. Definitely worth checking out--especially if great customer service matters to you as much as it does to me.

I made a reservation through Orbitz a month ahead of time but when we got there the guy claimed he didn't have record of our reservation. Even after giving him both our names AND showing him the reservation email from Orbitz. It was late, so we agreed to pay extra for what he claimed was the only available room. A king for $80+. I got Orbitz on the line to see what they could do and they immediately called Lovelock Inn. Guy behind the counter magically finds our reservation, and after a bit of a struggle we finally got offered our original room and the 10$ we payed for the king room. The whole issue was super fishy. The queen room was even worse than the king room they tried to charge us for, but both rooms were nasty. The pictures included in this review are of the queen room. I can't say enough how filthy these rooms are. People should not be staying in them. Please please please, learn from our giant mistake of booking with Lovelock and go somewhere else! Every minute here was terrible. Nasty, filthy, overpriced rooms with paper thin walls and strange smells.

The WiFi was good, the FHU's were good and the asphalt pads were fairly level. The bathrooms are clean and modern with plenty of roomy showers and sinks. July 9, 2026- Winnemucca, NV…read more IThis campground is fine for what it is--a convenient one-night stop. The sites are level with full hookups, and it's a large RV park. Overnight guests will most likely be assigned to the D row, where the other one-night travelers are grouped together. The park has a somewhat institutional feel, with modular cabin buildings that each contain three cabins. The full-time RV residents are located in the back rows of the park. There is a fenced gravel dog run, but no swimming pool. I had planned to do laundry, but all three of the large washing machines were out of order, leaving only three small washers, which were already in use. Also, Wi-fi did not work very well. I used my cell service which worked much better. The camp store had very little inventory, and all of the refrigerated cases were empty. In addition, the area outside the office was fenced off and being used to store construction materials, which didn't make the best first impression. Overall, it served its purpose as an overnight stop, but I wouldn't choose it as a destination for a longer stay.
