Outside that, the food was excellent! Our waiter, Mark G was a great waiter. Very courteous, polite, and was always checking to make sure we had everything we needed. My only complaint was the oil. We used to order the bourbon chicken and shrimp, and we quit ordering it because of too much oil in it. I wish they would cut back on the amount of oil used to cook those specific meals in. It didn't hurt the taste, just all that oil is too much on my tummy. With all that being said, we still love Applebee's and will keep going back. We'll just order something else.

Takes our drink and appetizer order. After 35 minutes, she brings our appetizer and I ask when we will get our drinks. So she heads to the bar. Terrible customer service. No one should have to wait 35 minutes to get an alcoholic beverage at a bar. I do not recommend this place. Do not go there unless you aren't thirsty and have extra patience.

Whether you're just passing through or you're a "local" who's only been in town since your last PCS, Hopper's is a solid bet for a good time and a full belly. It's family-friendly, high-energy, and highly recommended. And if you happen to be there when they break out the Bingo, hold onto your hat.
