I have been going to the one on 6th for over a year and never had a problem. I went to this location since I was driving by, and the super aggressive brushes broke my rear wiper arm. I spoke with an employee there only to be told the damage is not enough for them to even mess with. On top of that, I asked for my membership just be cancelled and the guy literally reached in my car and tore of their sticker. Why this person felt like he had the right to enter my vehicle without my permissions is beyond me, but he is very lucky I was focused on the damage and not his barbaric behavior. I then called to speak with management and after being told someone would call, no one called. I have file complaints with the BBB and Consumer Protection arm of the DoJ. No wonder this outfit has such poor reviews. read more

don't recommend paying for the monthly membership above anything but the basic. I have complained and complained yet nothing has changed. I pay for the top wash and every single time I go through I get the basic. they don't advertise anywhere as to who to contact for concerns or refunds since I pay for a service I don't get. the staff told me they're "busy" and thats why I don't get what I pay for. always excuses but no resolution. read more

My car was a mess. Covered in dust and pollen. Hadn't been washed in years. Only rained on. The wash seems fine but it didn't get some hard stuck debris off. I guess I need to go more often. It was $20, so I may come back in a few months. The two people running the wash were great. It was a short interaction but they seemed to do their job well and were personable. Good carwash! Employees are awesome. The spinning things will scratch your car so be wary if your car is new or if it's mostly black as the swirls and light scratches will show. Overall a good place for a quick wash and vacuum. The dryer isn't the best but on a hot day it'll dry right up (it'll just leave waterspots). read more

I've had the ultimate subscription for several months and should have the best carwash with tire detail. The service is horrible so I went in to cancel the service. I was told, "we will cancel it, your service is set to renew in two days so I'll cancel it now so you won't get charged." I got charged again so went back to say I want to be credited. They said they can't credit me but I can get a "free" wash today!! That free wash cost me $39.95. Ridiculous customer service! read more

I pay 20$ a month for the membership here and never had problems until today. I went through and about 30 seconds in I could hear my car getting scratched. Once I got out of the wash I pulled out front to see many scratches along the Side my car. I told the lady working and she blew it off almost like it wasn't there saying "I can't even see it" she then just took my name and phone number off a sticky note and said she would have someone call me back. After reading some of these reviews I should have known better than to take my car here... I guess I'll update if I ever hear back..... read more

Basically forced to wash my car due to the ash and unfortunately this is the only place I found. The employees started washing my car and hosing it off which was weird since normal car washes have the equipment do the work. Through the car wash, their machines bent the crap out of my mirrors. The dryer doesn't work at all and left DIRTY water everywhere. Somehow my car came out dirtier than before I ran it through their car wash. I'd rather drive around with a dirty car cause my car would be cleaner than what their machines did. read more

They do a pretty good job if you buy the $20 wash. The drying pads at the end help, but still wish they hand dried.

I wouldn't trust them what so ever. I had my mirror torn off by their car wash. I talked to the manager, while his little girlfriend acted as his bodyguard. The manager lied to me said he would call me and arrange to have my mirror fixed, all the while he wouldn't look at me as I talked to him. he never called! I do not like liars!!!!! The replacement would cost $500 read more

I just wish they had a real car wash where they clean it inside and out clean the windows vacuum the carpet and dry the whole car not part of it so freaking weak you know there isn't a real car wash in Klamath Falls it's just despicable . I go here when I need a quick wash, nothing fancy but gets the job done. I like having the option to use the vacuums if I want. This time around though I locked my keys in the car after I vacuumed. Sophia and Travis were amazing and helped me out by letting me use their cell phone to call for assistance. Great customer service that day. Their willingness to help me out was so appreciated. read more

Immediately after exiting the car wash I notified the young lady that rubbed us the wrong way and seemed as she didn't want to be there. I didn't take the time to read any review prior to me choosing this place. Regret all over! I filed a report as soon as I notice the noise in the car wash and it stoping for two minutes while in the middle of a wash. That didn't even wash my car right for a $14 car wash. I still yet haven't received a phone call from this so called manager that was supposed to return my call according to the young lady. I need this matter resolved as it will not stay this way without them fixing my brand new vehicles wheels! I shouldn't have to pay for something your car wash did!!!! Terrible wash crew. 3 times through and still had the some of the bugs on the windshield and nose of the car that I asked them to focus on first trip through. Third trip they "attacked" the front of the car so hard they scraped paint with hard plastic edge of their brushes. Thanks for taking extra time from my day and pissing me off by doing a horse s*#t job. The woman I spoke with each time delivered good customer service but the work these jokers did failed to support her efforts. All they needed to do was slow down and do it right. Hell, I told them about it right up front. Also: paid for the deluxe wash but rewash was only regular so no wax or sealant!! Customers are getting screwed by this place. Last week my rear view wiper was torn completely off. I filled out a report and was told the manager would contact me in 24 hrs. No response. Finally my son found him and was told that the part would be ordered and he would install it. When told I would only except it being installed at the dealer because of a warranty issue, he said he wouldn't pay. So...THIS 80 YR. old lady is tikked. Brought my SUV in covered in bug guts and came out nice and clean. Super cheap pricing too. And fast.

Went to get my car washed, paid $2 extra for bug removal. Got home and realized my mirror cover on the backside of riders side rear view mirror was missing. I had just had it replaced last month at Subaru in Klamath Falls because it was missing. (Didn't realize it was due to the car wash!!) When I took my car back the next morning to report it, I started to show them the part that was missing, using the mirror as a reference on the drivers side, IT HAD A GOUGE ON IT TOO!! FROM THE CAR WASH!! They didn't seem concerned about it at all, took my name and number so if they found the part they'd let me know :( so unfair that I have to buy ANOTHER part for my mirror because of their equipment !! My wheels are also all scuffed up from them (Of course they say "wasn't us" I don't EVER park at curb sides, and always have my car in the garage at home) They need to take time and check their equipment for these issues!) won't be going back to them ever again!! read more
