Great service and great work, done quick. I've been to quite a few locations for an oil change in Klamath Falls but so far this has been my favorite spot. All work was done while I was in the car and they explained everything that was going on and gave me updates on my estimated wait time and brought a few additional service items to my attention. When I asked what they recommended they seemed very honest; went through and manually checked on the service recommendations and let me know what they thought needed to be done sooner rather than later and what they thought could wait. Ended up getting a squeaky belt fixed and had my transmission fluid changed and my car is running a lot smoother now. Very personable staff and pretty good prices as well. read more

Incompetent novices. My parents took an old Ford Explorer in to have the oil changed. Afterwards, I checked and the oil was way past the full line, on the dipstick. The oil pressure gauge on the dash did not work. After draining out 2 quarts of dirty oil, and getting the level correct, the oil pressure gauge works. I don't think they changed the filter. I just recently. changed my oil and only 4.5 quarts drained out. My 2014 GMC Acadia takes 6 quarts. I had my car serviced at the dealer for some other maintenance and told them about it. They said that the car doesn't have any oil problems and that it is common that when you drain you won't get all the oil out but that you should get about 5.5 quarts out. The mechanic told me that these places can short you oil. Looks like I was shorted a whole quart. read more
