Ironically, I switched to this dealer from Redding Lithia because I felt disrespected by the Salesperson there. I put a $500 deposit down on a vehicle. The week it arrived I was sending in necessary paperwork. I had just returned from the Vet School 3 hours south putting my cat to sleep after a 20 month illness. Friday afternoon the finance manager sent me the final paperwork around 1 pm though the day before I had two questions on the table that no one had answered. Nonetheless, I started the paperwork but then read I could not complete the e-signing on a smart phone and contacted the finance manager about this. He didn't seem to know this and at that writing I had not set up my new laptop. I also asked him if he had the answers to my questions-- he hadn't bothered to pursue any answers for me. A little later I found out a very good friend of mine had emergency open heart surgery, compounding my grief and yet this salesman continued to pester me to complete the forms by 8 pm that night. Again, I told him instructions in the form said this cannot be done on a smart phone and I was trying to get information on my friend and wouldn't be able to complete the form until Sunday night, and after setting up a new laptop. That was not good enough for Juan. Isn't it hard enough to make such a big purchase that someone has to pressure you this much to make a sale? I have lost the $500 because this particular dealership doesn't think they should refund money while others actually will refund your money if something comes up or a finance manager becomes unreasonable! In April 2021, I just happened to land somehow on the page of Klamath Falls Toyota. A dealership a good 8 hour drive away from me in the Bay. The wife always regretted me selling the 4Runner and wanted a replacement for it. To my surprise, this dealer had a TRD Off Road for about $38k, a decent discount off of MSRP. The TRD OR is probably the most popular model, and was shocked they discounted this without any hassle. And it was in a dark gray that I liked. I emailed them and someone promptly called me back. We discussed the situation and they allowed me to purchase the truck from California. They do it all the time since they're right at the border. I contracted with a car transport broker and the dealership handled the logistics from there. Fairly easy transaction. A few hiccups with paperwork and a headache at the local DMV. But, it was still worth it at the end of the day. Fast forward to the madness of late 2021 early 2022. I can sell this puppy for over $5k more than I paid. How crazy! read more

My friend and I arrived did the insurance stuff. We sat and talked until Levi the finance manager, was ready for me. Levi was very nice and fun to work with. I was treated with respect from everyone at Toyota. Sunday my trunk would not close. Ashley had the service department check it out. Much to my surprise Ashley's husband fixed my trunk. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I was traveling thru from out of state when my Sequoia decided to unleash it's coolant all over the passenger side of it's engine bay. I also was only staying in Klamath for the weekend with my family. I thought for sure this was going to be expensive and maybe would strand me there for a few days. I couldn't believe it when I brought it to Klamath Falls Toyota that they were able to test/diagnose the problem right away and informed me that the issue was a faulty radiator cap! Bought my truck August 28th, 7 WEEKS LATER I get my paperwork in the mail to take to DMV. My temporary registration window stick had expired September 18th (20 days later which is when I had to register my truck by in California). After asking them several times if everything was handled through them financially, they assured me everything was done. Paperwork comes October 16th, states I have to get my truck weighed in California (was not told this), have to get smog done (makes sense but again was not told this), and has a statement saying I have additional fees of $700+ dollars!!!! Get my truck weighed ($20), get a smog ($40) and finally get to DMV yesterday (11/6) since I work full time and DMV is hard to get to these days and come to find out i have to pay my registration cause we apparently don't handle that at the dealership (was mislead on this), and have accrued $400 in late fees! DMV says there is nothing they can do in terms of waving the fees so I have to eat the $400 for Toyota's negligence to send in paperwork? Total BS End of the day I'm almost $800 out after going to the scales, getting a smog, and paying fees I was not informed of including spending an entire day having to go do all these inconvenient things... read more

From start to finish I invested 15.25 hours into this endeavor, since I needed to drive about 2 hours each way. I arrived as instructed (I was told between 7-730, which I did). I was the third vehicle in line. Id called the day before for possible shocks. I had told Daniel I didn't want to drive that far and not get my radiator flushed as it had bad fluid, but he assured me this wouldn't be a problem if Id get there bright and early. Between 7:30-3:00 I sat down, and waited. I was told they would be charging me for a full inspection upon arrival. I had not asked for that but If they were going to add that on, I felt any necessary work that could be done that day would be great to get done. At 7.5 hours (3:00 pm), I needed to get a bite to eat. I walked until I found something. I received a call at 3:34 p.m. I asked if they had flushed the radiator and was told "not yet", but they planned to still do that and to get the fuel injectors cleaned that day. I thanked him and walked back to discuss the rest. When I got back About 15 minutes later I waited in line to talk with Daniel. He would begin telling me what needed to be done, but kept stopping. By 4:30 (9 hours since I checked in), I leaned he had called off the radiator flush since it would take 3 hours. I was so exhausted that I began crying. I told him Id been there when he told me to be there. Id watched people come and go all day long, and didn't complain once but now he was trying to tell me Id need to drive back with my bad radiator fluid? Then before i could say anything he added some humiliation and said loudly, "I just saved you 2,000.00; you should be grateful since noone but me knows you can convert that shock system!" He assumed my time was not valuable. Maybe because the vehicle Id brought in was 15 years old, and not one of my new ones or not one of my classic cars - he put me into a poor person category? I was a big ticket item for these folks. With shocks and tires Id be in 5-6,000 and was ok with that. I told him I could care less about saving 2,000.00 at this cost....I came in under the presumption they would not send me back on the road with my radiator in bad shape, and would have at least gotten that done. Then he said in with irritation, "you want your radiator flushed? Thats important to you?" I said "yes." He said, "fine we will get it done." I told him I didn't want it done half way so if no time it is what it is - that I also didn't wish to cause anyone to stay late. He said "nope we will get it done." He was irritated with me. I had not even bothered them all day - trusting they were working on my rig and he was irritated with me? In the end, he called me over at 6:20 pm to say it didn't take 3 hours so I could go. God I hope it was done right at an hour and a half. Ill know soon enough I guess. The cost of the day was just shy of 500.00. I didn't even get an inspection report. Nothing was printed yet I paid for that inspection. I have his hand written notes of the findings which amounts to about 10 words. I asked him about this "specialized shock knowledge." He said, "yeah it wouldn't be right for me to not tell you." He gave me the minimum (not the actual parts Id need, a phone number, etc). What he didn't know is I had made a couple of calls to my hometown while waiting on that flush. His knowledge is not at all specialized. Where I'm from they do this thing known as "making appointments." When its your turn, no one comes before you. The arrogance of this man to think Id return a week later to have him do all of this over was striking. I wonder how he would feel if made to wait 11 hours for a 479.00 radiator flush? In the end it was somehow me being rude since I should be grateful for a tip he refused to share with me unless he was allowed to do the work a week later. A secret noone knows about but him My the time I got back home it had been a 500.00 ...15.25 hour day. I was the 3rd rig in...before doors even opened, They had no time, and didn't apologize once for pushing me off all day long. Very bad experience. read more

Will never buy another car from any Lithia anywhere especially Klamath Falls. When we purchased our car it had not even been ready to put on the lot so of course they had the car for over a week getting cleaned and inspected (or not cleaned because there was trash all over the car still when we picked it up). We signed the papers on October 23 and January 25th had to take it in due to steering issues. When we asked the warranty be extended due to the fact that we did not have the car in our possession at that time...and they have documentation backing our claim they flat out denied it. We came in to purchase this car with a pre-approval letter in hand and Lithia ran our credit anyway and threatened if we did not come sign the consent the sale would be denied and we would have to return the car. I purchased a 2013 Toyota Tundra truck from the Klamath Falls Lithia Toyota Dealership about 5 months ago. I was told it didn't come with any remote entry devices, but I could get one programmed at any Lithia dealership. I attempted that in Medford Lithia Toyota dealership, and twice they have told me my truck doesn't have the computer installed that would allow for keyless entry. I then submitted a disapproving survey (received via email) regarding my purchase of the truck and the resulting misinformation I was given about the features of the truck. "Sarge", a customer service representative from the Klamath Falls Lithia Toyota dealership, called me regarding my survey, and I told him my issue. He said he would investigate the issue and get back to me. He left me a voicemail stating that the truck did indeed leave the factory with the ability to have keyless entry, but was then outfitted with a work truck package, which removed that ability. He said his salesmen had no way of knowing that when the vehicle was sold to me. I called and talked to "Sarge" a second time, and he basically told me the value of this situation is only worth about a couple of tanks of gas. Seriously? According to the Medford Lithia dealership, to have the actual computer installed that I thought I was purchasing with the truck would cost several thousands of dollars, and potentially up to $5,000. "Sarge" also stated I could just come down, trade it in and purchase another vehicle. That is definitely not going to happen. My problem with this scenario is that I feel like I'm being told I'm out of luck and just deal with the fact that I'm paying for a truck that doesn't have all of the features I was told it had. I've recently talked to the General Manager of the dealership and he indicated that they aren't willing to buy the truck back, but he is willing to pay a partial amount of an aftermarket keyless entry system, or I could trade the truck in and purchase another truck from them. My biggest issue with this scenario is that I feel like I paid an inflated price for features I didn't receive and they're not willing to correct the problem, and my trust with this dealership is gone regarding doing any additional business with them. read more

my wife and i were looking into getting a vehicle from here. we live approximately five hours away and found the vehicle online. i contacted them through email if the vehicle was still available and so it was. we filled out their loan application and had them run our credit. Ayla, who was helping us passed us over to another rep and he sent us a quote with a very high interest rate. we knew we had excellent credit score and wanted a lower APR. we were also preapproved for an auto loan at our bank and wanted to go with that. we didn't hear back from Klamath Toyota for a few days. after a few days and a reminder on where we were at, they replied they had to "talk" to their manager. a few back and forth messages and they had us thinking we were going to go forward with it, we get a text saying they had sold it! it felt like a middle finger to our faces for wanting to go with our own bank loan. we had everything in place about how we were going to go pick up the vehicle. they responded by saying that we didn't put down any cash to hold the vehicle but they also didn't mention that we had to either. in the end, we found a better price and vehicle and are so happy with what we purchased after reading other horrible reviews on here. thanks Klamath for turning us away. read more

Matt and the guys in service took really good care of us recently. My wife's 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee needed service before a long trip and it had started acting up. They made some adjustments and were unable to duplicate the rough idle. Because my wife had a long trip and they wanted to make sure the vehicle was safe, they kept the car and gave her a loaner. All the while they kept me informed about what was going on with the Jeep. In the end, the Jeep is running great, my wife was able to go on her trip without any delay, and her Jeep is working fine now. I appreciate the extra mile they went to make sure my wife's trip was safe and making sure her Jeep was doing what it is suppose to. read more

Day 1- Stopped in to quickly ask if they could check my air conditioner because it wasn't cooling and made a loud noise. Spoke with the service coordinator gentleman (Larry?) Was told there no way they could have any of their mechanics look at my car today and needed to make an appointment out for 2 weeks. When I asked why, he rudely said "Many people come to this dealership because our reputation of outstanding service and we only have 2 bays available." So, I asked for the next appointment and he said it was 2 weeks out. It had been in the 90's and 100's for several days and the weather was scheduled to continue this trend. So I came back 2 weeks later and I sat there about 3 hours. I was told there were leaves in my hood vent located outside my car by my windshield wipers, my cabin air filter was dirty and door to filter was missing. That is what they said was causing the car not to cool down and make a mild whistling noise during acceleration of my vehicle. That diagnosis cost me approx $175.00 including a new filter and labor. As I was exiting the parking lot I noticed the air conditioner was blowing hot air. I drove around for awhile thinking it would eventually cool off. After running my errands it was still blowing hot air. On my way home I called them back and told them what was going on. They said can you bring the car back? I told them I would bring the car back tomorrow since it was late in the day. Took it back the next day and they ended up keeping my car 3 days. I received a call stating it was the compressor ( my compressor was replaced 2 years ago) and I would need a brand new compressor for my car. He said that would run approximately $1500-2000 including labor. I opted not to have it replaced. A couple days later my neighbor looked at my car, he added a full bottle of coolant (it appeared the mechanic did not replace coolant). Also, there was now hot air blowing out of driver's side and cold air conditioning blowing out the passenger side. My neighbor said it looks as though they did not reconnect everything correctly. All it cost me was a bottle of cooling agent. So now my car's air conditioning works great but by no help of this service at this dealership. I would not recommend them to anyone. I have been looking to buying a new Toyota but will not be giving this dealership my business because of this horrible and very frustrating experience. I don't feel I could trust them. read more

I am a fan of Toyota and recommend people to buy Toyota Cars. I myself bought Toyota cars. I recently was looking for a Toyota Sienna LE and I spoke to Toyota Klamath Falls and they agreed to a price with me and gave me the go-ahead to come to their dealership for a van even I told them that I am coming far from the dealership more than 60 miles they confirmed me that they will sell at the agreed price. When I and a friend of mine reached there, I double checked (even though the car has scratches all over but they agreed to fix that) with them before running of my credit check, the sales guy again confirmed the same price and asked me to sign on certain papers. I did that, but, after some time he came back with a different price which was $400 more than the agreed price and said either buy on this price or leave the dealership which was rude. I decided not to buy the car on principles I didn't want my self to be tricked on this dirty trick of them. They didn't give us any copies of anything like the documents which I signed and rudely said that they are not giving us anything and leave. We called Toyota customer service but it was not available since it was Sunday. I would not recommend this dealership to anybody and beware of their dirty tricks.
