Words cannot express how much that meant to me. When things calmed down, we started looking together. We saw probably eight to twelve properties together in total. Sarah was knowledgeable about each of the listings, the market, HOAs, etc. When she didn't know the answer, she would reach out to a colleague or partner to find the answer. The home sold in less than 30 days for about $25k more than their recommended listing price. I am accustomed to a 3% listing commission and 3% selling commission. Stephen Cooley wanted 3.5% and 2.5% to the selling broker. I told him that this did not work for me, and in my opinion, the selling broker does the majority of the work in the transaction. Their communication was awful during the process. The fact that the home sold so quickly had nothing to do with Stephen Cooley Real Estate. There are much better companies in Ft Mill, Rock Hill and Charlotte. All that can say is that I will never use this company again.
