He was always timely on getting back to me with answers to my questions during the whole process and after. Brian K has made the move in process really great and has done above and beyond what we expected/was-required to make our home perfect for us. I appreciated his professionalism and the way he interacted with us really made us feel like he was on our team. Our home was built much faster than we expected and even when a couple things didn't go according to plan, Milestone always made sure it worked to our benefit.

Since we live in Los Angeles, we were concerned about the entire home buying process given that we can't physically see every home we're interested in (let alone make an offer on a home site unseen). The home was built in Canyon Lake in 2021, and the three tab shingle roof has repeatedly lost shingles during normal wind events. The roof has already been repaired twice, yet the same issue continues happening. At this point, I am likely facing a roof replacement on a home that is only a few years old. A properly installed roof should not be failing this early or requiring repeated repairs under normal conditions. I brought these concerns to the builder, but the situation has still not been resolved. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Modern Lakes Builders.
