Well the Journey had to have the entire ENGINE replaced and Bristol told us to leave it there and they would pick it up, and pay Carville. Well, ever since then, they keep sending us offers for a car we don't even own! They've sent letters written in hand writing using fake names to get our attention. They keep sending us ads and we told them to leave us alone, but the garbage keeps comings. The has to be a LAW to STOP people like this from harassing people. We've heard bad things about this dealership and regret ever going near them!

No test ride, didn't show me a thing on boat, and didn't even help me hook trailer to my truck. They offered no extras to make my boat lake ready other than cheap life jackets. They told me they would register my engine for me with Yamaha for warranty, that NEVER happened. I had to get service at another marina and they discovered that the salesman at Rockingham lied to me as it never was registered. Not being very wise, and being the nice guy I am, I thought I would give them another chance on maybe trading my boat that I purchased from them new; boy what a mistake! The salesman said he just moved here form out of state and he said he knew no prices. I asked him to just look up some prices for me and give me a call back, to no surprise I never got a call. He treated me and my wife like we had no money and he didn't have time for us. I guess our car was not nice enough for him to say these people can afford a boat, even though I had told him I had purchased a new boat just two years ago from Rockingham. Oh yea, might I mention also that I was not driving POS, My car is only two years old and a high end model of a not cheap brand. This was by far my worst shopping experience ever! Not sad for him or Rockingham Marina, I purchased a $94,000.00 boat from a much nicer and caring marina/boat dealership. I hope my experience will help others.

I dropped the car off today without an appointment, and the car was on a lift within 30 minutes. Jeff explained that the aftermarket exhaust was bolted on rather than welded on. almost before I had time to realize what he had said, Jeff welded my exhaust before my very eyes (I didn't stare at the weld. lol) All said and done, my issue was fixed within an hour. I probably shouldn't mention dollar figures, but the price was a fraction of a typical trip to the grocery store.

They put on a performance muffler with one inlet and two outlets for the tail pipes with chrome tips. Looks good. I like that they weld the pipes instead of using clamps. I went back and had them put a resonator on because of the drone noise inside the cab. I also thought the pricing was very reasonable also. I would recommend Jeff's Pipe and Muffler.

First time going to this business for 2 days in a row to get them to look at my car AC. First day…read morewas told to come back at 1pm drive there and they ask " can you leave it here " with no way home since I drove it there I declined and was asked to bring it back the next morning and drop it off and leave the keys in the key drop box. Did this at 6am on way to work. Said they would call me once they look at it. Hours pass and I finally call them @2pm they say we aren't going to be able to look at it today. The vehicle Sat there from 6a-2pm and no one bothers to call me and say a word. I could have possibly found someone else to look at it. It is 96 degrees outside. Poor service, poor communication and will not ever recommend them. First impressions say a lot.
