Cut to this summer. The second time I mowed with it, it crapped the bed again. I texted Chad, from engine rescue, and told him what was wrong and he was cool about it and said "I'll be by to check it out Monday" Monday came and went, no show. He texted me and apologized and said "I'll be there Thursday or Friday" Friday rolled around and guess what.....no show A week went by and I texted him again and asked if he was going to come look at it, or if I needed to figure something else out. His reply... "Yes! Sorry I've had a ton of stuff at the school this week, I'll come by Thursday or Friday at the latest" And guess what.... He didn't show up....again I waited almost 3 weeks and asked if he was ever going to come by, or if I needed to figure something else out. . His response "Sorry man. I was on vacation last week and I'm just now getting caught up. I will make it there by Thursday of next week. I promise." Guess what...I'm still having to borrow my neighbor's mower. This whole ordeal started on MAY, 11 2023. It is now AUGUST 4, 2023 and my mower is still sitting in the exact place that I pushed it into in the garage almost 3 months ago. I've never had this much trouble trying to hire someone.

I also was having trouble with my front break chattering and needed replacement cover for my charger port. The young man (I won't name) sold me the ramp but refused to install it for me unless I would agree to crawl under my vehicle, unlock my rack and bring it inside where it was cool so he could install the ramp brackets inside the store. He informed me "it's too hot out here and I'm not going to get all sweety so you have to bring your rack inside". I am 80 years old and was not able to remove my bike rack so I stood in the sun on 94 degree day and installed the ramp brackets myself. Great service guys! I also had to make four trips as well because of bad information given about wrench size and the fact that they needed a key (informed after I got to work.) When I got home and on the trail my front break had the very same chattering problem. I'm not giving up just yet because they are the only game in town for Specialized bike repair.
