I was at Biggby during a DoorDash run because it was a scorcher, and I needed a refreshing iced Americano. The cashier was friendly, and I can tell she had the patience to listen to my order carefully. Staff got it right, but was so slow, even on a busy day with decent staffing. I noticed the floor was dirty in the corner by the tables near the window, which did not grant the most warm or inviting environment, but that detail was negligible to me because I was not planning on ordering on. You know though. I do enjoy drinking an iced beverage and reading a book inside any numerous Biggbys round Michigan, and this location is decent in a pinch. However, I would probably recommend this as your second Biggby if you are in the St. Joe/BH area. I'd even recommend the Starbucks in Stevensville if you could bear the trip! read more

As a regular I can say that I mostly enjoy this establishment. There is however one barista that is always, rude. No matter how nice I am she never smiles and is very short with me and cold. I work at a gas station and all of my customers get treated well. Even the ones that work my nerves would never know how I feel about them. Wow! Why have I not tried Biggby sooner!! I just discovered that there are Biggby's closer to home! and I can't wait for the Palos Hills location to open. We stopped at the Benton Harbor location on our drive home from Michigan. I did an online order thru the app and it was very easy to navigate. The had a very extensive selection, which did feel very overwhelming at first, but I went with a simpler choice, and it DID NOT disappoint. The iced caramel sweet foam cold brew. WOW! This blew Starbucks outta the water. I can even say that it reminds me of making a Nespresso at home. It is very smooth and doesn't feel watered down even after the ice melts. I usually have this problem with Starbucks coffee. I yearned for more after I finished it, and even the next day. My only regret was not going into the shop, as I was told by my sister that the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave her a pleasurable experience. I am so happy that I stopped in here! On my drive from Chicago, I noticed Biggby being advertise along the expressway and had to stop and check it out. This shop is located not too far off 94, behind Orchards Mall. Upon walking in the store was open, clean, and bright colors of orange. There was seating to enjoy your beverage or do some studying. I was greeted by 3 friendly faces Cece, Jayah, and Keziah. Cece walked me through all my options but ultimately, I landed on a frozen blended coffee. I knew I wanted a drink with white chocolate, caramel, and hazelnut in my coffee. Cece said she could make that happen. I thought I had made up a new drink since there were lots of "Bear" drinks to choose from and took it upon myself and named it Vicky Bear. LOL But there was already drink name for that, I believe it was called Little Bear. Needless to say, it was the perfect frozen coffee to sip on my drive. The coffee was smooth and delicious, and the flavors were not watered down at all. Good to the last drop! My friend ordered the Iced Teddy Bear, and she regretted not ordering a large and frozen. My sister really liked her caramel sweet foam cold brew too! The cold brew was like a Nespresso that doesn't get watered down even after the ice has melted. Incredibly SLOW service. You will wait a minimum of 10 minutes just for a simple non-specialty coffee. The staff are pleasant, but very slow. No sense of urgency. Customers have to get to work. They don't have time to stand around waiting while staff are standing around chatting. You'll make more money and higher tips if you're respectful of the customer's time. Biggby in general has great coffee. But the slow service at this location really ruins it. Many people in the community complain about how slow they are. We ended up going to Dunkin' Donuts down the road and getting a coffee in less than three minutes. read more

I LOVE this place! Every time I'm in town I stop here and grab a latte... like EVERYDAY haha. I've tried soooo many different flavors. My favorite lattes are sweet tooth, nutty squirrel, and spotted owl. I've tried them both hot and iced. I've even tried an employee's recommendation, mocha cold brew. I wasn't a fan but I was thankful for the suggestion. This locations drive thru is so convenient. I don't have to get out of my car on cold days. I've recommended this place to so many friends and family. So far, I haven't received any complaints and they seem to love it too. read more

This location is horrible. The service is horrible. We waited an HOUR for our food. They "forgot" our order, even with us literally staring at them. They all were chatting and giggling with each other. When they got one of the orders wrong, the attitude we received back was horrendous. Worst service ever. 7 cars in front of us and 1 hour, yes that's 1 entire hour later, we get to order only to have them tell us the featured items on the website and their order board are not available because they're out of season. Disappointed, but still not completely ready to throw in the towel I order the butter bear per her suggestion but when she reads the order back to me it wasn't in the order so we had to go through the rigamarolw of ordering it all over again. Now I think we have it so imagine my disappointment when I get to the road with coffee in hand only to find that it is just straight up caramel and I'm pretty sure there was also vanilla in the bottom but definitely not butterscotch. Absolutely the worst Biggby I've ever been to. I got there at 12:45, looked over the menu and ordered by 12:48 (time stamp on receipt). The place was packed so I understood if it took a while longer. I didn't expect for the place to empty out and my family and I being the only ones left. At around 1pm we get up to ask for our sandwiches and the employee who took our order goes home! She reminded the staff on duty to make our sandwiches too! The staff is chit chatting and laughing away while by 1:15pm we are STILL waiting for our sandwiches. By this time, I was furious because there was no one in the shop but us. I asked for a manager and I got directed to the shift lead who admitted to forgetting our sandwiches and said they'll be out soon. I told her our iced drinks melted while we waited because it was supposed to be a meal not ate and drank separately and she refused to remake our drinks. I asked for compensation or manager and she said there was none and best she can do is take our name and number for 2 free drinks next time. Which was then written on blank receipt paper rather than a managers notebook or something to make it believable that you were helping me. Went to get some quick breakfast to start our day but instead they had us waiting for half an hour on our order that they forgot to complete. Drinks came out first but the bagel sandwiches were never made. Finally went after 15 of the 30 we spent waiting and they had to be reminded by a coworker who was already clocked out leaving. She was the only one who noticed me, technically she could've left, she wasn't being paid to help me for the moment, but she saw her other coworker were chatting and goofing off, basically ignoring me. They took my order which took more time and finally we got our food, upset that we got our order 30+ mins late and my ice melted in my coffee (which they didn't try to help out with?? Possibly remake it cuz it was barely cold not iced cold:/) now home, I see that they got my order wrong. I ordered my bagel sandwich with cream cheese on both sides and there's no cream cheese at all. Horrible experience which was weird cuz my last experiences were better. Nice people but they got my order wrong - twice. Ordered a cocoa carmella and the first result was a cafe mocha. The second was warm milk with no caramel and very little chocolate. I just gave up after the second attempt. No soy milk available either. Hopefully, they will get straighten out. read more
