I have been to this particular location on several occasions. Out of about eight times, they have only gotten my coffee correct twice. It's not a special order coffee that I put in, it is one of their own. The time it takes to actually get my order is in between 7 to 12 minutes on average. They rotate quite frequently through their baristas, which usually are disgruntled workers from Starbucks down the street. However, whenever I have been inside, this location, it is always been clean and well kept. I never usually go here anymore unless I'm having some kind of a coffee emergency because I don't know how much it is worth it to spend the kind of money that they charge for the quality of drinks that they serve. read more

Coffee was good given the image of an empty to-go coffee cup. I wanted to write a review because I experienced something awesome! I ordered my beverage through the drive thru and i had my money ready to go. I approached the window and stuck my cash out the window ready to give the cashier the exact change. The cashier didn't take my money right away. She had stated that the car in front of me bought my beverage. WHAT A SURPRISE AND MADE ME FEEL SO GOOD! I was shocked and felt so happy! That day, my world wasn't falling apart or anything, but it definitely lifted up my spirits. The feeling I felt, I'd like to give to someone else too. Biggby is a nice addition to Fremont. Biggby is like a mix between Starbucks and Dunkin' Donuts. They have a pretty small food menu but lots of sweet, flavorful lattes and a ton of different coffees. For non-dairy drinkers, they have coconut milk and soy milk. Friendly baristas and quick service. read more

I love biggby but this one is the worst! Multiple occasions were my non-coffee drink taste like coffee (I got a orange cream freeze) and moldy food and no action taken! I actually was sick from this! I waited a few months thinking it would be better but clearly not. I figured I will get a bagel but they didn't have the one I normally get but that's okay I try to get the maple waffle as it just came back a week ago but they don't have that either! I would have thought they would make a effort to suggest another bagel flavor but nothing. You would think it would be important to increase your sale but I guess not. Lost my business for sure! read more
