There is no shortage of options in the downtown Lima area, which surprised us. After scouring the we sites, pictures, and reviews, we landed solidly on Vibe Coffeehouse & Cafe. The deciding factor? They roast their own beans. I may sound dramatic with this next statement,but I promise - there's no drama. I had the best and truest flat white I've ever had in America. Nope, not kidding. Nope, not a dramatic statement. I only speak the truth. I'm not a massive world traveler, but this flat white rivals those I've had in Denmark, Sweden, and Ireland. It's great quality and I was sad when I had my last sip as the car rolled through Cincinnati. The breakfast sandwich wasn't quite as epic an experience, yet it was exactly what I wanted and needed to start the next day of travel. I had the turkey sausage, egg, and swiss cheese breakfast on a croissant. Not greasy and I'm still sated 3 hours later. Nice job! At the time of visit there were only a few cars pumping and possibly a few truck drivers stopping in on a break.
