After placing my order and waiting at a table for twenty minutes, I went to the counter. After waiting a few minutes for other customers, I told the cashier to cancel my order and refund my money as it has been over twenty minutes, and I still did not have my order. The cashier got the manager(?) and my money was refund without any hassle but there was also no apology or explanation just the mechanics of the refund. My order was for breakfast with no special handling. There was no need for it to take 20+ minutes and my receipt clearly showed the table location number and the number on the sign was easily visible. read more

Workers inside rude and impatient, late night workers at the drive through completely make up for the horrible and disgusting dining experience inside. If I could leave 0 stars I would! Is this what you call a McFlurry? I never leave reviews but this was a disappointment!!! My friends & I came through for 2 McFlurrys. When they got handed to us at the window they were not even half full. I asked the man at the window if he could fix this issue for us & he said he didn't make them. I asked if he could still fix this as we did not get what we have paid for. He asked the lady who made them to fix them as she proceeded to throw her hands up & say she would not fix them. ordered 3 mcdoubles as i was traveling got 3 single patty burgers that were sloppily thrown into the wrapping that was also half heartedly wrapped. grabbing the sandwich out of the bag had onions falling out of the wrap and then opening it cheese was on the side of the sandwich not even on it and buns were burnt and was a single patty. $9 for 3 tiny pattys, pretty sad read more

Really going downhill. I'd avoid this exit and drive on down Interstate75 to another. The drive thru is slow compared to others and the food isn't prepared the best. Expect a dribble of mustard and ketchup and a pile of onions. Fries are never full, but the drinks have PLENTY of ice. All of the McDonalds in the area are owned by the same guy, so I'm not sure why this particular store has such bad service. It used to be one of the best. read more

I had to beg the busy counter for salt and then go back again to beg for coffee creamer and sugar (and stirrer)!You walk away with your tray and realize that you have to squeeze back in line to get everything else.
