This biggby is sooo so so slow. The employees are friendly but that's about all the biggby has going at the moment unfortunately. My order has been inaccurate more than once and it's never anything complicated. Hope they can improve because i'd love to keep supporting this location. read more

Apparently BIGGBY is THE SPOT if you want to drink a whole day's worth of calories in one coffee concoction, which explains why in my 20+ trips to Michigan, I never went. However, once I learned they have normal drinks too, I gave it a shot. The staff is super friendly, the space was clean, AND THEY HAVE OAT MILK (hello oat milk latte!)!!!!! The coffee was great and not expensive. They also carry Truvia as a sweetener option. I'm sad it took me this long to finally try this place! read more

This is my wife's fave and only biggby location in all of kzoo. After one hiccup and customer service took care of the issue, this place has become our staple chumpkin place. As my wife says- they just make it right for chumpkin. It's only drive through for now. They are supposed to open for pick up order starting December 1st but with the new lockdown, I think it's gonna be just drive through. read more

Well what can I say about one of the loves of my life? Always warms me up in the winter and cools me off in the summer!! My go to drink in the winter and fall is either the peppermint mocha, Teddy Bear or the salted caramel! They are absolutely hot and delicious! I love chatting with friends while I sit by the cute little fireplace with a tv above it! (And yes the fireplace actually warms you!) In the spring and summer months I go for the iced or frozen drinks.... like mocha caramel, strawberry shortcake cream freeze, or the Red Bull cream freeze (and I don't even like Red Bull The baristas working are always welcoming here and smiling, if you don't know what you want, they have great insight and recommendations! Just ask!!! Biggby also sells some yummy goodies like cookies, muffins, brownies, also they have breakfast sandwiches called "bragels " lol they are pretty epic! And the prices are sooo good you can't say no! Look out for your local high schooler, they sel DYNAMITE COUPONS for school just for BIGGBY! Like $1 off, bogo, free extra shot and more lol Did I mention they sell the cutest coffee mugs, bags of their own coffee, caramel and moca If you need a pick me up. This is DEFINITELY the place! They even have great tunes The girls working are absolutely amazing! And the guy working at the window is always so amazing and talkative, makes me smile! Tried paying in cash and they said they wouldn't accept my $50 even though my total was just over $30... Seems odd to not accept cash?

This is the slowest Biggby ever. I only stop here when it's too early for the other ones around me to be open which is probably once every 2 weeks. I placed my order via drive thru. With only one car ahead of me (2 drinks, I paid attention because it was taking so long) I waited 8 minutes for my 1 drink, with 3 employees in the store. 2 of which were just leaning by the pick up window. The Biggby that I drive past my work every day to go to hands me my drink by the time I put my cards away. I go here 5 days a week. That's order, pull up, pay, get my drink handed to me, all one fluid motion. I drive past the slow Biggby and my work to go to a better Biggby. I think the worst part is that the slow Biggby always points out that you can tip when you pay with a card. They aren't pushy, but lower your expectations because you're not earning more than you get paid hourly. The Biggby I normally go to never mentions a tip. read more

Located on the end of the strip mall, I wasn't sure if they had a drive through or not. But that's only because the signs were covered in snow! The parking is very limited here, so I went through the drive through. Biggby is a local chain (MI?) but sometimes it's a nice alternative to the Mermaid! Biggby Coffee as a company is ok. They have all of your typical coffee house menu items. If you are going to visit this particular location get your food or drink to go. I came here in the dead of winter to chat with friends, and it was so cold I could barely enjoy myself. I ended up having to leave early so I could warm up at home. The shop is small and if there are a lot of people coming in and out, the door is slow to close which will let out all of the warm air. I haven't ordered 'in' since, as I always get mine to go. The staff, however, is friendly and helpful. The parking is something of a bother too. There is a narrow parking strip with a small, awkwardly angled driveway to get in. Basically, this shop is utilitarian. If you need a cup of jo, stop by, but don't expect any fancy bells and whistles. read more

Maybe I stopped in on an off day, but I was far from impressed by my first Biggby Coffee experience. The Location: Parking is fairly difficult to come by in the shabby strip mall. The store itself was well laid out and very clean. The Staff: Completely indifferent. I ordered three large drip coffees and was handed 3 empty cups. The girl behind the counter looked bored and went about her business. I had no clue where the coffee was. After walking to the end of the bar I found a line of dispensers and filled my coffee. Unfortunately there was a girl leaning across the counter talking to one of the baristas who was preventing me from getting to my coffee. When I asked her to move, she sighed and rolled her eyes. Oh, I'm sorry, your discussion of the Victoria's Secret PINK line clearly trumps my need for caffeine. LAME. The Coffee: When I FINALLY got to try the coffee I was actually happy. The medium-dark roast was delicious. It was just a pain in the ass to get to that point. **UPDATE** Because I really enjoyed my coffee, I stopped in again today and was much happier with the service. A nice gentleman working at the register was chatty and helpful. Today's drip coffees were different than yesterdays (awesome!) and were just as delicious. +1 Star (from 2 to 3 stars) read more

Coffee is always great 5 stars. Three stars were deducted because a quarter of the 10 times I've been here before work in the drivethru I have had to leave before getting anything. So slow. Plan on a good 10 minutes if four cars are ahead of you. Very nice workers but no hustle between 7 and 7:45 at least. read more

Nice location with plenty of seating. This was my first time at Bigby's so I wasn't sure what to order. The staff was very helpful and patient. They made several recommendations for drink choices. The restaurant appeared clean and orderly. I would return to this store. read more

Love this Biggby! The employees are super friendly, and always recognize their return customers. Carlos is, in my opinion, the BEST barista ever - seems like none of the other locations can compare. I don't know what he does different, but the coffee never tastes bitter, like it often does at other locations. (I always get the mocha - hot or over ice). After leaving a poor review for the W. Main location, I thought it was only fair to give props to my neighborhood Biggby - thanks guys - you are the best! read more

parking here is dangerous. It's like trying to land on an aircraft carrier, while two other planes are taking off in the other direction and another one is trying to land while you are. Its laughable too...the drive through line will be smashed with 6 cars, yet you can walk right in and be served at the counter, then walk outside and see the same dummy sitting there in virutally the same spot, probably wondering how you came out of there so fast. The coffee is good though, but with so many around, unless this is the only convenient option, I'd suggest a Biggby that won't drive your auto insurance rates up all by itself. read more

The employees here are so friendly- they engage in conversation, and they give the impression that they're really interested in what you have to say. The coffee is delicious. The specialty coffee drinks are ok; I prefer Starbucks if I'm going to treat myself to one of those. read more

The newest Biggby in town, this location sports a drive-thru, a perk not enjoyed at the Biggby further south toward Romence. The baristas are super friendly and on top of their game. As I consider coffee shops to be my offices away from my office, I dig the cozy yet room-to-spread-out vibe of this location. Plenty of power outlets conveniently located throughout and the tables/comfy couches nicely spaced out for a serious work session or social chit chat. The location is a little out of sorts among the surrounding businesses but I'm thinking the Meijer across the street helps to draw the customers over. It's a keeper. read more
